Buying a mattress online is a nerve racking experience. I must of looked at 15 different mattresses before deciding to buy this Novilla. I ordered the mattress on the 3rd and UPS delivered it on the 5th. In the tracking info it said it weighed 88lbs, but this definitely felt like it was over 100lbs. I had a Serta mattress before this and this mattress felt much heavier! Novilla included a manual and a tool to open the vacuum sealed plastic without running the risk of cutting the mattress itself. As soon as the plastic was pierced it started to make a hissing noise. Once I cut it open all the way the mattress just popped completely open. It did open upside down though so just be mindful. Also, be careful because it can unfold quick. Once open it expanded to full size. The photo below of the mattress opened was taken 10 minutes after removing it from the plastic! My wife and I left it for 4 hours without laying on it, but I don’t think it needed any more then 30 minutes! As of right now, it’s 9:10PM on the 7th so tonight will be the 3rd night we sleep on it. It’s make no noise, it’s more on the firm side for us, and it feel so much better then the Serta we had!! My wife is about 120lbs and I’m around 195lbs. I know depending on your weight it might feel softer or firmer. I hope this review helps someone who is considering this mattress! If I didn’t already know and had to guess the price, I’d say it’s in the range of $800-$1200. So if you’re thinking about making the purchase and you like a slightly firmer mattress that’s quiet and really comfortable, look no further! I’ll be sure to update this review in the next 2-4 weeks to let y’all know how it’s going. *** 1 week update I know it’s only been a week, so I don’t have too much to say. It’s holding up great and still feels the same as the day we received it. It has no noise issues, no sinking issues, it’s still very comfortable! The only con I can say about it is it’s just a tiny bit larger then a traditional queen mattress. Each side hangs off the frame by about 1 inch. That’s just me nitpicking though because it’s not a problem whatsoever. Anywho, I hope this review helps someone with their purchase, I’ll check back in at the 1 month mark.

I had been wanting a new mattress for our pedastool bed, but mattresses can be very pricey. I studied them all and read hundreds of reviews. I was even considering one in this same brand when I came across this model. It's a hybrid. It has coils that are wrapped in the bottom, a large thick memory foam mattress in the middle and a jell layer on top that gives you a pillow top feel without being too soft. It's designed for side sleepers. It has a slightly raised lip on the sides of the bed to ensure you don't roll off. It's also made to adjust to your pressure points as you sleep. I'm disabled and spend a lot of time in bed. I love it. When I read that it has a 100 day sleep trial and a 10 year warranty I was sold. Great mattress at a great price. The delivery guy had a hard time getting the product onto my porch. My grand kids found the warranty out in the yard. I called customer service and they refunded me my first payment which was great on their part. Nothing but good things to say about this mattress and seller. Hope this helps. You can't go wrong with a 100 day free trial no questions asked. Very much worth the money for a great night's sleep.

Bought this mattress based on reviews as I was upgrading my 23-yr Serta w/boxspring & sleigh bed to a low-profile bedframe that doesn't require a boxspring. After reading the reviews & researching other brands, I decided to purchase. It arrived quicker than expected. I unboxed & let it sit for 72 hrs before sleeping on it. Great night's sleep the first night-as I am a side-sleeper. No backache or hip pain! I am a lightweight (100lbs) even though manufacturer mentions that it may not be comfortable for lightweights, but it IS! Only thing I have noticed & it could be the sheets I am using is that the mattress sleeps a bit warm. I am using microfiber sheets so I am not sure if they don't let the cooling foam breathe enough. I did switch the bottom fitted sheet to cotton & it seems to be a bit better. Manufacturer says to allow for 2-3 wks for your body to adjust. They also offer the 100 day sleep trial so if you don't like how the mattress performs, you can return it. Currently I am very happy with my purchase. I'd give it a 4.5-4.75 stars but I'm only able to rate full stars.

My last bed was pretty terrible so could only go up. If it wasn't for the price it would be 3 stars. The shipping itself through ups was also less than desirable. The bed looked pretty good intially other than some loose stitching but it only got to 11 1/2" and one corner and entire end slants down and is much less firm there is a spot that is softer in the center of the bed it's sleepable without any major aches and pains but I just don't feel like I got what I paid for but it wasn't super expensive sooo🤷♂️. Maybe if this bed was shipped well and I got it in a timely matter it's a good bed but that didn't happen for me. It's just alright and now I question the longevity. You can't return mattresses Soo.

We love our new mattress. It came in perfect condition and was easy to unpack. We let it rest for 72 hours as indicated although it looked fully expanded after 24 hours. I have serious back issues and generally sleep on my side. This mattress is perfect for that but it also is great when lying on my back. I have been sleeping better with this mattress and cannot believe the quality for the price. Our last mattress was a Stearns and Foster but this one is much more comfortable and cost only 1/5 of the price that we paid for our last one. Thanks Novilla.

It’s a really good mattress it took maybe about 30 minutes for it to fully size out. The weight of the Matt mattress was a little bit heavy I would say have two people to carry it inside. I like my bed medium firm I don’t really like sinking in but this is the perfect bed

I bought a new pillow top mattress 5 yrs ago at a Local Mattress Store and it felt good for the first few weeks but then it kept an indent where I slept and if you didn't sleep there you were trying to keep from sliding in it. NOT GOOD and my back still hurt. This mattress was cheaper and feels better than any mattress I have slept on anywhere! I was skeptical but I read all the reviews and most were great. I waited the 72 hrs before I slept on it and it was worth it!!! The only trouble I have is my bed is so tall now because I have a box spring on it too. I may need to get some more wooden slats for my bed frame and then just use the mattress. I got the 12 inch mattress. But.... I LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!!!!

Probably the BEST mattress we’ve owned. We have a foam topper on it also which makes it feel even better and everyone that has came over and has either touched or sat on our bed has asked what mattress we have. My boyfriend and I just moved into our own apartment so we had people come visit and every time he makes them sit or touch our bed lol. Don’t get it if you want to be able to get out of bed in the mornings. No issues at all! Don’t think twice just buy it! For the price you can’t beat it.
