Overall this has been a great mattress! Thick 14 inches and firm but comfortable. No aches or pains when waking up. Deep pocket sheets fit on this, which is important. Why I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars is due to feeling warm when sleeping. I bought a gel mattress protector that seems to help keep me cooler. That’s my only complaint and I think I’ve solved for it. Value is excellent!

I’ve been really impressed with this Novilla Bliss Green Tea Queen Mattress so far. It arrived well packaged in a box and expanded nicely within the recommended time. The 14-inch thickness gives it a luxurious feel, and the memory foam provides a great balance between softness and support. One thing I noticed right away is how comfortable it feels for side and back sleeping. It helps relieve pressure on the shoulders and lower back without feeling too soft or sinking too much. This mattress completely exceeded my expectations. At this point, I can officially say I'm a huge fan of this brand. I now own four of their mattresses in different sizes - one for myself, one for my mom, and this most recently one for my grandmother who suffers from arthritis. The pressure relief and plush comfort have been amazing for her, and she has been sleeping much more comfortably since we go it. The quality is outstanding, especially for the price. It is very easy to unbox, and after letting it expand for about 24 hours, it reached its perfect size ad thickness exactly as described. The mattress feels incredibly comfortable to sleep om, with perfect balance of softness and support. Very quiet, absolutely no noise when moving around during the night.
