I got this mattress for our guest room with the innocent intention of giving visitors a comfortable place to sleep. Big mistake. My in-laws slept on it and apparently decided the guest room is now their vacation rental. Pros * Very comfortable: The medium-firm feel is a great balance without feeling like you’re sleeping on a board. * Cooling design: The cooling features are a nice touch, especially for anyone who tends to get warm at night. * Graphene memory foam: Feels supportive and comfortable without being overly stiff. * 3-zone lumbar support: Adds targeted support and makes the mattress feel thoughtfully designed. * 10-inch profile: Gives the guest bed a substantial, upgraded feel. * Thermal Balance Cover: Another nice feature that adds to the overall comfort. * Guest-room approved: Apparently approved a little TOO enthusiastically. Cons * My in-laws have shown absolutely no interest in leaving. * I may have accidentally upgraded the guest room to a luxury hotel. * I’m starting to consider putting a checkout time on the bedroom door. * Five stars for the mattress, zero stars for my newfound inability to reclaim my guest room. Overall Recommendation 5/5 stars! This mattress was a fantastic addition to our guest room. It feels comfortable, supportive, and nicely balanced between soft and firm. The cooling features and 3-zone support are great bonuses, too. Would I recommend it? Absolutely. Just be warned: if your guests sleep on this mattress, they may suddenly start extending their stay. At this point, I’m not sure whether I bought a mattress or accidentally opened a bed-and-breakfast.

This mattress is genuinely impressive. It has that nice medium-firm feel where it gives enough softness to be comfortable, but still has enough support that you do not feel like you’re slowly sinking into a foam swamp. For a 10-inch memory foam mattress, it feels balanced, supportive, and much nicer than expected. PROS Comfortable medium-firm feel Good balance of softness and support Does not feel overly sinky Nice pressure relief for shoulders, hips, and back Cooling cover feels better than basic memory foam Good motion isolation Queen size fits standard sheets well Expands nicely after unboxing No major setup hassle Grey design looks clean and modern CertiPUR-US and fiberglass-free materials are reassuring CONS Like most boxed mattresses, it needs time to fully expand Still foam, so cooling depends on sheets, room temperature, and bedding A little heavy to move around by yourself People who like very soft mattresses may find it too firm TL;DR~ This is a really comfortable queen memory foam mattress with a great medium-firm feel. It gives solid support without feeling hard, has good pressure relief, and the cooling design makes it feel fresher than a basic foam mattress. Setup is easy enough, it looks nice, and overall it feels like a quality mattress. 5 stars from me.

This is the second mattress from this brand in my house and we absolutely love both of them! Novilla has not let us down!! There are endless brands of foam mattresses that pop up out there and I can’t trust the quality of most of them but I will say we are sold on the Novilla brand now! The comfort level is amazing…. This is a medium level of firmness I would say, enough to give me good support but also has that foam softness to it when you first lay down. It of course comes vacuum packed like all of the other foam mattresses and takes a little work to get it unrolled but it’s nice and convenient to have it come in a compact box. I was actually able to get the queen sized upstairs by myself and unrolled without a problem. It will take a couple days before it looks completely expanded, but I was very impressed with the thickness and comfort level! Well worth the price point for the quality. The material is extremely soft and almost cooling in my opinion…seems like it has good breathability. Zero complaints on this…. True queen size, fits my sheet set great, win all across the board!

They weren’t kidding when they said cooling memory foam! I’ve been dealing with feeling unusually hot at night lately, so finding a mattress that actually stays comfortable and cool has been a huge win for me. The Novilla AiryFlow Graphene mattress has made a noticeable difference, and I’m genuinely impressed. It’s incredibly comfortable without feeling too soft or too firm, and the medium-firm feel gives me just the right amount of support. The pressure relief is excellent, and I especially appreciate how well it absorbs movement. I can move around without the whole mattress bouncing or disturbing the other person sleeping beside me. Honestly, this was supposed to be for my guest bedroom, but I’ve been sleeping in here a lot lately because it feels THAT good. I’ve been getting some really comfortable, restful nights, and waking up feeling much more refreshed. The material of the thermal-balance cover, cooling memory foam, lumbar support, and overall construction make this feel like a much more expensive mattress than it is. It’s comfortable, supportive, and—most importantly for me—actually stays cool throughout the night. I’m very happy with it and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable mattress with genuine cooling performance.

The quality of this mattress is great! The material used to make the bed have passed certain test deeming it safe. This was supposed to be to be a firmer mattress but it does not feel firm. It feels very soft and molds to whatever position you are laying in. It provides great support to side sleepers and back sleepers because you do really sink into the mattress when you are on it and I’m only 110 pounds. I would not recommend this mattress to a belly sleeper because you sink into it too much and it would force your spine into an uncomfortable curve. This mattress is perfectly suited for someone who is looking for a cozy, clean material, easily shippable mattress. It does have a weird smell when you take it out of the air sealed bag as it slowly absorbs air and spreads out the odor fades and the mattress gets a little more structure. I would buy this mattress and recommend it to friends who want a squishy form fitting mattress.
