I’m staying in an extended stay hotel for the foreseeable future. The mattress on the bed isn’t terrible, but it’s definitely lacking. I bought this topper to see if it would improve things, and oh boy did it ever! It provides medium firm support, which I prefer, and I don’t “sleep hot” with it. I’m a nurse who works 12 hour night shifts and I do have back pain from being on my feet and the physical demands of my job. I felt an improvement in my pain after the first day I slept on it, and it seems to be improving further. If you are looking for a reasonably priced, high quality mattress overlay for your bed that will add life to a mediocre mattress and gives you an amazing nights (or days) sleep, this is a wonderful investment. As you can see in my photos, my dogs are also great fans of the new bed and if we go by Augberts four paws in the air no bones sprawl, they seem to be sleeping even better than they usually do

This is the fifth purchase I have made from Novilla because all of the previous purchases were wonderfully comfortable mattresses. However, this 4-inch full size mattress topper is horrible! I wish I had read the reviews rather than trusting Novilla. It has been well over the suggested 48 hours and it has barely inflated - and that only in a few spots. But, the worst part is the horrific four-inch hump in the center. It’s a serious defect in this worthless piece of cheap memory foam. When I bought Novilla mattresses in the past (2 Queen and 2 Full) they inflated immediately and are very comfortable. Everyone who has slept on them in my guest rooms agree. So, that’s why I trusted Novilla for this purchase. This topper did come with a three year warranty card, complete with a phone number and email to contact them. It says they are open 9-6 M - F. I called at noon on a Friday, and after 1 minute and 45 seconds, the recording says no one is available and to leave a message. I gotta say, I am so very disappointed in the quality of this topper, but mostly I am sad that I can no longer trust the quality of Novilla products when I thought they were a sure winner. At least I thought they would answer my call, so now I will wait to see if they call me back. I have no earthly idea how to pack this thing back up, so hopefully, in the name of good customer service, they will refund my $150 based on photos. We shall see.

I’ve been looking for a good mattress topper for a while. I decided to give this one a try. I got my mattress topper during the holiday, so I saved some bucks with a coupon. It is very nicely packed, and it comes with an opener. When I opened it, it did have a tiny bit of a new smell, but it went away the next day. I let it sit for 3 days to expand to the correct thickness. It is not very easy to see in the photo as the mattress topper has round edges, but it is a full 4 inches. I think this topper is very comfortable, and it softens my very firm bed. I slept on it for a few nights, and it reduced my back pain. The mattress topper felt soft, but it gave my body enough support. (I’m 5’3 and 130lb.) It improved my sleeping a lot. I don't feel like I got beat up after a night of sleep anymore. Although the post didn't mention it, it does come with a thin cover for easy cleaning. I tried to get another one for my mom as she is also bothered by back pain, but she prefers something a bit more on the firm side. So I looked into another brand for her. After all, I'm thrilled with my purchase.

I’ve purchased a few memory foam Toppers online through the years and never experienced a problem one until Now. It has a pointy ridge going all the way down the middle. It has been days and still hasn’t expanded. There is no tab on the zipper to open the cover. In my opinion they are selling a defective product. I would not recommend buying. Will have to pack it back in the box some how and return it. Even more annoying is that I purchased a second one which is arriving later. So now I have to make two returns. I’m not even going to bother opening up that box.

Took less than 6 hours to fully open up (company said 48hrs) and I was very happy. Slight odor but in 24 hrs the odor is gone. Very very comfortable. The cover included comes already on the topper. The zipper for the cover does not have a zipper pull. Intentional? Poor quality control? IDK but a paper clip or safety pin will work when/if we need to remove the cover. Side sleeper heaven. Highly recommend. -1 star for the zipper pull missing and the odor.

2 Week Update: when the topper is on the bed and not sliding around, I love it. Unfortunately, I can’t get it to stop moving around and it’s really annoying and uncomfortable throughout the night bc the topper is slipping down the foot of the bed. Original review: I had my last topper for 3 years and decided to change out toppers. So I ordered this one and I’m so glad I did. I feel so comfortable. It’s soft but provides just enough firmness for support. I have 2 herniated discs in my neck and inflammation in my hip and this has been the missing piece to helping me sleep better

I had a Novilla 2 inch topper for a couple of years and was happy with. But my pup yakked on it, so I needed to replace it. Bought the 3 in on sale. It took 3 days to fully expand and ad soon as I put it on my bed I didn't like it. I have a 10 in mattress on an adjustable frame - but this 3 inch topper added too much height and I practically had to jump to get into the bed. I also didn't like sinking in, because I sit in my bed alot and it made me feel smooshed. I return it after 5 days. Amazon said it had to be returned in the original packing, which really was going to be impossible....but after chatting with customer service, I purchased a vacuum sealer bag for mattresses and had it sucked down and back in the box in 10 minutes.
