UPDATE: Although i was disappointed with my initial purchase, I have updated to 5 stars! The company saw my review, generously provided a 14 inch version for us to try, and it makes all the difference! Whereas the first one (12inch) left me with sore hips and shoulders, this one does not. I didn't imagine those two inches of depth would make that much difference. It's like I'm sleeping in a nest. I'm grateful to the company, who cared enough about my issues to reach out and help me. I'm sure they hoped I would update my review, but there was no discussion of it or expectation on their end. I'm grateful. I have slept on my new mattress for 38 nights, and it pains me in more ways than one to have to say I'm not thrilled. A good night's sleep is high priority, and everyone needs to get the best sleep possible. If they don't it messes up everything. My previous foam mattress was about 8 years old, and it was comfortable, I just felt there was a slight dip in my spot. I know the lifespan of foam mattresses is supposed to be about 10 years, but that one was the absolute cheapest one on Amazon at the time I bought it. I know you are supposed to rotate your mattress, and I always meant to do that, but I didn't. I had a quality waterproof cover on it at all times. Because of that it didn't even look bad, and I cut it into pieces for dog beds, and also cut a strip to put at the end of the new mattress because the bed frame has a bit of extra room. But about the new mattress: I have gradually started noticing that there are uncomfortable pressure points. I sleep on my side, and the shoulder that's down starts feeling uncomfortable and wakes me to turn over. Sometimes the arm will start to get numb. My hips definitely notice the pressure, but it surprises me that my knees are the biggest problem. Lying on my side, with a pillow between my knees, my lower foot doesn't actually contact the bed unless I move my foot backwards, which isn't quite comfortable. It's probably hard to picture all that, but let's just say now on my new bed I'm having a lot of trouble getting comfortable. One night I sat in bed to watch TV and when I got up I had such a numb butt, and feels like sciatica, which I've never had before and admittedly might not be related to the mattress at all. I've never experienced this with any other bed ever. I tried to tell myself it couldn't be the mattress, after all I'm getting older, I like a firmer mattress usually, but today I've got aches and pains that I didn't have on my old mattress. After waking and moving around it gets better, but I'm so, so sad about the new mattress. I don't have the money to try again just now. I guess my final words: be aware this mattress may be firmer and have less give for your pressure points, and at least one firm-mattress lover found it too firm.

We needed a new mattress, so we purchased this one after looking around and seeing so many recommened it. We went with the deep Queen. Setup was easier than expected, and it was fully inflated by 48hrs. The mattress itself has a silky, knit top that zips off as needed for cleaning. Overall, a very basic looking mattress. We have had this mattress for over a month now and still don't want to leave the comfort of it in the morning. It lived up to the hype. It keeps my husband cool, it keeps me warm, and my husband stopped complaining about back pain. Our old gel memory foam mattress left us both sore and tired. Now we don't toss and turn! The mattress has a firm base for support, cooling air channels for body temperature regulation in the middle, and the top layer is the coziest, dense memory foam. It molds to your body. The edges do not compress and drop you when you lay on them, like some brand do. I'd love to see them implement handles on the sides in the future, and it would be awesome if the mattress came with pillows made of the same foam. I also don't love the slight imperfection in the corners of the topper. Whether it is a design or manufacturing flaw, or we simply didn't align it right, im not sure - it does not affect it's function. Can't recommend enough, and so glad it was recommended to us! 🥰❤️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Just a note! Setup doesn't require special cutting tools, which means you can't accidentally slice the bed. The deep size doesn't fit standard sheets, but the double elastic kind fit great.

This mattress simply sucks! WAY TOO SOFT & saggy in spots. DONT BELIEVE the reviews saying that it's equally firm/soft. Definitely NOT TRUE!... I bought this right before Christmas. We took it out of the box and left it to inflate fully for the week that the house would be empty for the holiday. We tested it when we got back. Seemed like it would be amazing, AT FIRST... On the 2nd night, I sat on the side of the bed and made my rounds on social media for about 20mins. Got up, and the side was dented/sloped. It didnt reinflate after several hrs. When I slept on that side, it says in that spot. VERY uncomfy! We rotated it once, & it was ok for a week. My 2 cats decided to lay together near the footboard for an afternoon, & it sagged in that spot too. Mind you, they're NOT heavy cats... In the past 5months, we've HAD TO start rotating it weekly. That only helps for the first half of the first night, and then evvvvverything starts to sag in any spot that you've had more than just a few pounds of weight sit for more than a minute... Shoot! Even after just 30secs it'll cause an issue... I have this mattress on the EXACT SAME KIND of bed-in-a-box frame as I had for the last 2 boxes mattresses that Ive purchased, so the frame isn't the problem... My back is wrecked & so is my partners. It's just soooo soft. Ridiculously. This mattress simply sucks. Ive been buying boxed mattresses for yeeeeears now, & this brand is BY FAR the worst I've used... I'm ready to throw this thing out! Pathetic to feel the need to trash a product after almost 6mos of using it!

I've had this mattress for a few months now. I love how soft it is. And by soft, I mean really soft. It forms to your body once you're laying in it. I've never fallen asleep faster. I don't toss and turn like I do in other beds. I would buy it again.
