I’m honestly really impressed with this mattress! I ordered the Novilla Queen 12” and it came nicely packed in a box. It was super easy to set up and fluffed up pretty fast. It’s the perfect medium-firm feel — not too hard, not too soft. It supports my back really well and I’ve been sleeping way better since I got it.
