ASSEMBLY A bit of a challenge for one person to hold the pieces together, but no worse than comparable chairs. The instructions were clear, and the labels really helped. The best part was the included Allen wrench. It's not the usual tiny one you get with most furniture, and I'll be keeping for future items like this. My one request is better labeling of the screws. The difference between 8 x 0.79mm and 8 x 0.98mm isn't something most of us can eyeball. You can easily figure out which is which by counting them, but it'd be even easier if they were labeled on the package. FLIP-UP ARMS I'm a guitar player, so this (or similar) feature was mandatory. Most chairs I've tried with flip up arms were low-quality. This one is far better, and not that much more expensive. The quality difference from a $139 chair to this $239 chair is definitely worth it. Still not perfect, but I'd definitely recommend it to other guitar players. SMELL Out of the package, it had a chemical smell. That's pretty typical, but if you're sensitive to such things plan accordingly and give it time to air out. HEIGHT The minimum height of the chair (in its lowest position) is a smidge too high for me. That's easily solvable with a foot rest, but a 5 star product wouldn't need that. Conversely, the height of the back is a smidge lower than what I need. Even with the headrest in its highest position, it cuts into my shoulders a bit, and I can't fully relax into it without slouching forward. Again, it's a great chair, but not quite 5 stars. Interstingly, they nailed the arm height for my taste. I've rarely found a chair with arms high enough, and far enough back for my comfort. I want my elbows to be supported; not my forearms. This one is just about perfect. Since a lot of the height is from the cushion, it'll be interesting to see how well that cushion holds up over time. NOISE Almost none. No squeaks or creaks so far; just the sound of the parts moving together. WHEELS The description is a bit misleading, but I'm actually glad. The description makes it sound like you get two sets of blade wheels. First, that's an immediate red flag, right? Why give you two sets unless they expect them to break? Second, I wasn't sure if I wanted blade wheels because they might deform the mat. It's basic physics - you're spreading the same weight over five points of contact or ten. Thankfully, the box actually comes with one set of blades and one set of traditional two-wheel casters. That way, I don't have to worry. The blades are far better quality than the traditional casters, but still a bit clunkier than I'd expected. MESH/NETTING Not as soft as advertised. It's soft in the sense that the seat is cushiony. However, the fabric itself is very rough to the touch. I wouldn't want to have to sit in this while wearing shorts. VERDICT I've only had it assembled for two days now, but so far I'm very happy with it. It's solid and comfortable, and has no noticeable manufacturing defects. A taller... or better yet, adjustable... back height would make it even better. Same for a head rest that can go a little higher, and mesh that isn't so rough.

Overall- Great back and butt support Great air flow so you don’t feel sweaty or stick to chair Great Smooth wheels to move around on tile floor Great- blue color Great- arms- that you can raise arm out of the way Great to ok -price for quality (IMO) Great- quality so far nothing is broken. Although when you title to the size (which you should’t) it make a weird noise Great to Ok- build process was fairly easy. If you build Ikea furniture you can do this. Is a chair that come in a box so we don’t have to go to Office Depot and pick it up. it has a few screws so you don’t fall, do not expect it to be 2min. Takes more like 15-30min Ok-headrest could get improve by allowing it to go higher, but currently for my size is perfect. I see bigger build person having issues with headrest if tilting on the chair Ok - back tilting of chair (although I wish you can lock it at any angle. It only allows for straight up or tilted all the way, no in between) Bad - that arm don’t lock at other angles other than all the way down(parallel) or up(vertically) Bad - chair does not lower enough with the rubber wheels to allow for full foot and floor contact to provided good ergonomic for someone 5’10 or smaller This chair is wonderful. Support and comfortable for long periods of work. Please note that I consider myself average build (5’10 , 180lbs)while reviewing this chair The chair truly is comfortable to work in. Yet provide adequate support while giving you that airy feels. My favorite thing is the mesh support for both the spine and butt area as I tend to get hot easy and sweat so I get uncomfortable on cloth chair easy. This chair provides adequate air flow to counter that. My only flaw that I see is the high or more precise how short the chair doesn’t go. (Please note I choose to install the smoother rubber wheels and they are bigger in size) when the chair is at the lowest setting my feet barely rest fully flat on the floor. This is a ergonomic problem as proper/adequate posture while seating requires to have both feet planted flat on the floor. I counter that buy using a foam roller underneath my feet as I tend to roll them back and forth and also use a standing desk, so I alternate between seating and standing position quite often.

The chair arrived quickly, and was very well packaged. All the parts are high quality, the box includes the tools needed for assembly, and even supplies extra bolts in the event they are needed at some future point. It was a surprise that the box included an alternate set of casters, (not mentioned in the product description) presumably so the customer can choose whichever type is best for their situation. Unfortunately, the instructions do not explain how to choose which type to use. The instructions for assembly are simple and clear, but the parts are heavy and two people are needed to put it together. But the solid design and quality are well worth the effort it takes. Another reviewer mentioned that the chair is narrow and may not fit large people, and that is true, but it’s perfect for me (6’ 180) and I like the close, ergonomic fit, (which supplies support,) rather than the typical big, squashy design of many office chairs.
