Communication and Follow-Up: The customer service representative was very responsive, keeping me updated throughout the process. They mentioned that if the issue couldn’t be resolved, they would offer a $400 compensation, which was reassuring. After consulting their team, they provided detailed instructions and videos to help me resolve the issue myself. Replacement Part Installation: On March 29, 2024, I received the replacement part and began the installation the next day. I encountered some difficulties with the screws being in an inaccessible location. After contacting customer service again, they consulted their technical staff and got back to me with a proper solution. They requested a video of the foot movement section to offer a more accurate fix, which I provided upon my return home on April 3, 2024. Successful Resolution: After following their latest video instructions, I successfully replaced the faulty foot massage piece. The noise issue was resolved, and the chair worked perfectly again. Overall Experience: Throughout the entire process, customer service was very professional, patient, and helpful. I love this chair! After a workout or just a long day at work this chair does the trick. It is very comfortable and easy to fall asleep in. I love that you can connect your phone to it through Bluetooth and put some calming music.

Received the item in excellent condition, easy to set up. The product works great- the only downside is a very condensed product manual that doesn’t provide enough information on how to work the chair. So be prepared to figure most of it out on your own. I’m still trying to learn.

Love it! So many features. Trouble getting it through the door though. Had to take it out of the box to get it in. We had paid extra for delivery to the room of our choice but they won’t take it out of the box. So I paid extra for nothing.

The chair looks nice and gives a decent massage. It is very heavy and the controls are confusing. There are no instructions and so I am trying to return it. Does not have 4D. I specifically wanted 4D to control intensity of pressure. I was told by seller in somewhat English that 4D means 4 rollers.
