Fairly easy to operate. One scoop makes one cone. Purchased "frequently bought together" sugar (all three were flavorful!) and paper cones(nice! held up well!). Easy clean up. Wouldn't suggest for high volume, but great family fun!!

⭐☆☆☆☆ * Worked exactly one time, then completely stopped working. * Tried to return it, but the company refused to accept the return. * Customer service claimed the problem was that my product was "too thick" and that I needed a special type of sugar for it to work properly. * I purchased the recommended sugar, but by the time it arrived, the return window had expired. *Even with the special sugar, the machine still did not work. Ended up wasting both my time and money. Very disappointed with both the product and the customer service. Instead of standing behind their product, they gave excuses that did not solve the problem. This tiny Cotton candy Maker has very good looking for family party. It is small and save a lot of space. The operation is very easy even little kids can serve themselves with it. About cleaning ,it is not that easy to clean it. I need to take off the bowl and the wall to wash it clean. And when we make the cotton candy, the suger always get spun everywhere. And with the super spin, the maker won't stay still. Some times it moves around and I need hold it while the other hand making cotton candy. It gives the kids a lot of fun.
