I was skeptical but it makes the best Taco Bowls! I was not sure what to do with the first one I tried to make, then I made a second and a third and it just keeps getting better. Not as crispy as a fried taco bowl, but this is definitely a great and healthier alternative.

I love this gadget! I am in my 40s and I can't believe I never bought one of these sooner! This thing is great. We have made taco bowls, ice cream bowls with cinnamon and even ranch reasoned bowls. We spray a little bit of non stick spray on both the bottom and the top. It take about 4-5 minutes depending on how dark you like your "bowl" to be. This one is fine but you can only do a small or super small quesadilla. After I used this one I had a joint activity with a friend who has a larger size that will accommodate tortillas of any size. If I had it to do over I would pay a little extra and get one that is more usable.

I sprayed a little bit of vegetable oil on a paper towel and gave this a wipe on the top and bottom. After placing my tortilla in there for the recommended one minute I opened it and was dissatisfied with the doneness. I have found that around 2 1/2 minutes makes a perfect tortilla bowl.
