We read the manual, but still have to “wing it.” We mostly reheat meals or coffee, so it’s fine. BTW, dinner plates fit inside for reheating, no problem. Looks great but doesn’t heat. I’ve had exactly 1yr. Hardly ever used it during the year. Did all the trouble shooting suggestions. Still doesn’t heat up. Called customer service. Not helpful after providing much personal info and not knowing why. I’m not interested in warranty/ticket. I wanted to know if I was doing something wrong.
