I can’t speak to how durable these are as I haven’t worn them yet. But opening the box and trying these on, they feel like quality. I have been wearing Walmart brand Intercepter boots for years and these at the very least seem to be on par comfort wise and look even better. I really like the zipper.

These boots are great. I do stage work which is often much like construction. The zipper function is sublime after a hard days work. My toes have been saved from being crushed and my ankle/heel form being smashed with these boots. I've just bought my second pair and plan to buy another as a gift. My first pair lasted over a year and I only got another for personal preference. Only nitpick is my second pair had some frilled threading on the zipper, but it hasn't affected quality so far. I still use my old pair for hiking and theve held up great. Granted I did use some boot glue for a sole flapping at the front, which was an easy fix. ... show more

These are okay shoes if you work in a carpeted office with minimal trips in or through work areas requiring safety toes. The toe box is wide and comfortable. The insoles and soles offer little support. I lathered them with boot oil right out of the box and based on how they look after a month I suspect I might get a year of office use out of them. The shoe is very sturdy and comfortable to wear for a long time. The zipper quality is good and it keeps us true in prayers don’t need to untie. the shoe is also not very heavy. I got a style and keeps me warm and the winter. Good value for money.

Pretty comfortable boots! I can kick some 10 lbs dumbells and feel none of the impact--even with a harsh kick at that. Definitely have to break them in around the ankles and shins, but the insole is surprisingly great and the shoe itself is spacious for to say I got my exact size and they're steel toe boots. Don't feel a decent amount of pressure on my feet when I put weight against them. Great traction on snow & ice. I was able to wear these all day the first time out with no discomfort, which surprised me because I normally cant wear steel toe. I wanted 6" and these are 8". They worked out so well, I will be investing in a 6" pair. I used to wear nothing but Texas Steer but you cant get them anymore, at least not where Im at. They are oil & slip resistant, comfortable & shed water without treatment. Definitely Recommend. ... show more

Bought these boots as a replacement for similar 5.11 Tactical boots I owned, which I could no longer find at a reasonable price.. Arrived on time. Quality is good for such a cheap boot. Shined up nicely, fresh out of the box. Padding under steel toe is a nice touch. Rated 3/5 due to issues with fit, support, and comfort. Boots seem a little too wide and loose-fitting for my foot. The arch support isn't there for me, and I will need to try out different insoles. The heels and balls of my feet began to hurt about halfway through the workday, as these boots seem to be designed for someone with wide, flat feet. I guess you get what you pay for. This is my first day wearing the boots Will update this review if necessary. UPDATE: After trying two different sets of insoles and a three-week break-in period, I find the boots marginally wearable, and that's being generous. As I type this, my feet are still somewhat sore. To their credit, the boots are lightweight, not heavy and clunky like traditional steel toes. Structurally they seem to be holding up fine under normal working conditions. I bought a second pair but am not sure if I will keep them or return them for a pricier but more comfortable work boot. UPDATE: After about six months of wear, the boots became more uncomfortable and started to leak water. Upon closer inspection I saw a hole clear through the bottom of the heel. So for a boot with a long break-in period and a five-month life span, still not a bad price, but probably will not buy again. ... show more

I'm on my feet working for 12-14 hours a day and this boot works well. It takes a couple days to break in, but once it is, it fits great and feels comfortable. Always helps to add an insert. The steel toe is nice too.
