These boots are great for what they are. They fit perfectly as sized and look great and have the Steel Toe as described. If you work in a dry warehouse or really anywhere there is no water or oil on the ground, then these boots are perfect. These boots however are NOT SLIP RESISTANT AT ALL! I don't like using all caps as I normally feel it takes away from the seriousness of your review. But I walked into the slightly wet bathroom at work and IMMEDIATELY went down like I stepped on a pickle at White Castle. Fortunately I know how to fall do to working in construction for many years and managed to avoid serious injuries, but my leg and arms are now extremely sore from breaking my fall. Again, if you work in a stable and dry environment these boots more than fit the safety and comfort requirements. But unless you like getting hurt or feeling like you're walking on ice when you step on water on tile, then maybe you'll do like me and return them for a different pair.

Can not rate water resistance yet. First pair I got had some kind of problem with the heal in the right boot after 3 months and out of warranty. Called the seller and explained how the heal had collapsed on the inside causing you to walk on the inside. This caused my ankle to hurt after a couple of hours. They could not replace, which I understood, but did offer a partial refund. I ordered another pair as these and wear well in my environment. I do wish the arch support and sole was a little stiffer. But these boots fit my narrow foot extremally well. The replacement boot is working out well. I guess it is possible I broke whatever support is in the sole by stomping on shovels causing the heal to roll to the inside. So far so good with the new pair. I would recommend giving these boots a try as they are really comfortable.

I’m writing this right after opening the box and trying them on. My one foot is 9.9 inches and the other is 9.5 (measured at feet fleet). I ordered size 8.5 (I usually wear size 10 or 10.5) and they fit well. They seem kind of uncomfortable, but theyll probably break in nice after a month or two. They seem to be strong, sturdy. The design isn’t the most appealing, but for the price they seem like a great pair of boots. I ordered them to wear as an EMT.

I love these boots, I find them more comfortable than my Nike Air force ones. The zipper on the side makes them super easy to get on and off which is usually an issue for combat boots. However don't let them get a little wet because they suck the water right in

Great boots and comfortable the zipper on the side is very convenient and of good quality. Boots are very comfortable and durable. And size is just about the same as any other brand no need to wonder if you should order a little bigger or smaller, like some other brands.

going from five eleven tactical side zips these boots leave a lot of room for improvement. after a few minutes of usage the side zip liner was noticeably uncomfortable even with thick socks. that liner is the least breathable portion of the boot. also my shins were getting irritated with the lacing orientation as unboxed. a simple solution would have been a (better) padded tongue. the tongue is also a made a little too low in the boots. i re-laced the very top rings and problem solved with the shin irritation. to solve the side zip liner issue, i cut them out. i did not care about the waterproofing at this point since the price and overall quality of the boots is worth that gamble for total comfort. i would still buy again since it's a lot of boot for the $

I recently received these boots. They seem to be high quality leather and breathable nylon like material. The run true to size, and are easy to slip on thanks to the side zipper. I've worn them three times for short periods to break them in. They are comfortable so far. I'll update this review in a few months to include long term comfort and durability. They are well made and should hold up well as a duty boot. UPDATE: My feet hurt when standing for several hours. I swapped out the insoles with Dr. Scholl's "Work Gel Inserts" and that solved the issue. It was a simple fix.
