Bought these on sale for a cheap pair of boots to use while stomping through the mud and cutting down trees to make firewood this season. Appearance of the boots construction had a few imperfections, but did not affect the weather resistance or durability of the boots (not a deal breaker since these boots are being well used and did exactly what I needed them to). I did not break them in before my 1st use. My feet felt fine, stayed dry, and were comfortable to wear while making firewood out of downed trees. Great investment for the money and would definitely order again and/or recommend to a friend or family member

I help some guys who arte homeless who also work and they needed steel toe boots. These slip ons were hits with my guys because they are a LOT easier to put on than lace-ups.

Although thesr boots look good and seem to be well made, they are very uncomfortable. The leather is as stiff as cardboard and the footbed is less than desirable as well. The fit is 1 whole size off as well. I wear a 10 but had to order an 11.

The boots runs a bit smaller. Boots feels comfortable ant first and are light for be a work boots, however the front materiel where your ankle is, will hurt you a bit when going in your knees.
