Had a problem with the original pump. To get it replaced, they wanted the whole unit disassembled and returned. I finally found someone to under stand that sending me just the replacement pump would make a lot more sense and be a lot more cost effective.

Great product, wish it came with a cigarette lighter power cable instead of battery clamps, but that is readily available for separate purchase.

    • New Sprayer, No Axle!!
I would highly recommend that you stay clear of any Northern Tools products and this sprayer especially. Upon assembly the wheels bearing rings didn’t fit over the axle so I did what I could by greasing them a little and they eventually swole around the axle, I took the wheels and axle into the local NT and the guy said he could help, he then preceded to go to his ride and come back with a 5lbs hammer only to try and beat the wheel bearing ring off the wheel, but same problem with the bearing still stuck to the axle. Now I could bore you with the 5 different people including the GENERAL MANAGER that I spoke with and list names of all the associates who told me no and they couldn’t do anything but have me talk to someone else. But finally I found Josh in parts, who seemed to be a breath of fresh air at the time. Well his hands were tied trying to find any other solution to my issue, other than Josh I can honestly say it was the first, and last experience I will ever have at NT, well other than the fact they still have my wheels and axle and one day they will hopefully call me when the “special order” axle comes in along with the wheels, beat to a bend come in. One reason I purchased any sprayer on line was for the so called “convenience” of having a store 40 miles away, which I have visited several times now only to be told I have to talk to Julie, Derek, Josh, or Christian for an answer and that they weren’t there at the time, how convenient for them. By the way it has been exactly 2 weeks since I dropped off my axle and I just heard about 1 hour ago that my axle is a “SO” part, it won’t be in for another week possibly up to 14 days. In the meantime I just turned over around $1000 in spray jobs cause the customers can’t wait any longer. Christian if you ever read this I hope it will register some issues within you and your store that your customer service is substandard and that’s being generous to you. Your not considered “essential” if you don’t help the issue or customer. ... show more
