Great packaging, materials looked good but unable to assemble, parts NOT will fit; frame is too small for the base of the dolly. 1st pic shows how it’s supposed to fits on one side; 2nd pic shows how FAR it’s off to complete assembly. I wanted a dolly for garage projects and moving heavy potted plants. Didn’t want another giant steel thing taking up floor space. This aluminum hand cart folds away nicely – 17 inches deep, fits right behind my workbench. What surprised me is how light it is (25 lbs) but it hauled a stack of 20 concrete pavers without groaning. The loop handle makes it easy to pull with one hand while holding a plant with the other. I also had a small question about assembly and their USA-based support answered within a few hours. No waiting days. For the price, this is a fantastic heavy duty hand truck for home use. Highly recommend.

I manage a small warehouse and we unload pallets daily. Most dollies have a flat nose that you have to kick or pry under a heavy carton. Not this one. The beveled nose plate on this utility dolly slides right under even when a box is flat on the concrete. Saves my crew time and their backs. The 550 lbs capacity is real – we’ve loaded it with over 500 lbs of hardware and it didn’t flex. The loop handle is surprisingly useful for guiding loads around pallets. After a month of daily abuse, the 10" solid rubber wheels still roll smooth. This NORTHSKY hand truck is now our go-to. Planning to order two more.
