LOVE these pans. Absolutely some of the best pans out there hands down. I needed some new half sheets for baking and our other ones were getting pretty old and gross looking (different brand). So I purchased this new set. The quality of these pans is something you notice right out of the package. Solid, sturdy, American made pans that are built to last. They’ve worked perfectly in the oven with no warping. I’ve put them in the freezer when freezing my cookie dough for several hours and pulled them out with no damage. Just make sure you hand wash these pans! Do not put them in the dishwasher, it will harm the quality. I didn’t love how they came shipped. One was in a plastic bag and the other was just loose in the box. I checked the pans for scratches or dents and luckily mine were unscathed. All in all, I highly recommend these pans. The brand is great. They will last a long time if you take care of them and the price is a steal for these.

I have been waiting on these to come down in price so I could purchase them and they were totally worth the wait! So much lighter than my old baking sheets and so much easier to clean! I would totally recommend if you are looking to replace old baking sheets.

I’ve used these pans many times for all sorts of uses. Between oven-roasted mixed vegetables, dozens of chocolate chip cookies, and more roasted garlic than a professional Anti-Vampire League, they've been flawless. So far, everything has browned evenly, and the pans have remained flat without warping. The finished, rolled edges are one of my favorite details. They make the pans feel sturdy and comfortable to handle, giving them a more premium feel than basic sheet pans. The half-sheet size is large enough for everyday baking and roasting without being difficult to wash or store. They look fantastic and seem to stay "new" after several washes. I usually hand-wash my sheet pans, and these have cleaned up well without staining. A small amount of Bar Keepers Friend has been enough for any stubborn residue. Nordic Ware has a reputation in my kitchen for making dependable products, and these pans live up to that expectation. They feel well made, perform consistently, and are easy to stow away. An excellent everyday two-pan set. 5 stars.

Have had these for 2 years and, even after almost daily use, they’re still holding up! Use parchment paper to avoid baked on grease. They do tend to warp a bit in high heat but not enough to make food slide around.

I love these pans. I got a bigger one as a wedding gift 3 years ago and recently ditched all of my nonstick pans s for more of these. They are durable and I have not had any issues with anything sticking to them. And best of all they are made in the USA. Just make sure you don’t put them in the dishwasher it discolors them. Also the lip does tent to trap water with washing so just make sure to let them thoroughly dry.

I've had a lot of cheap to moderately priced baking pans, and they've all warped with heat, or rusted, or both rusted and dented from pizza cutters and the like. These are the first ones I've ever owned that haven't warped from heat, so everything stays nice and flat in the oven while it's baking (great for using under silicone baking molds for example). They clean up great in the dishwasher, nothing crusty sticks to them, but they do come out looking like they have a sort of patina on them. The first time I saw it, I was concerned that some of my dish detergent had stuck to them, but they're completely smooth. Reminds me of how finished concrete floors and countertops develop a patina after a while. If you're ok with these pans not looking show room new after the dishwasher, they're wonderful; they are supposed to keep their original looks if you hand wash only, I just hate hand washing if I don't have to. They also have a good weight to them - not too heavy, like some others I've had (that still warped) but definitely not flimsy. The only thing I don't like about them is that they don't seem to glide on my oven racks like other pans do, so they have developed some superficial scratches on the bottom, but I'm not sure this is a bad thing. I've slid other pans onto the rack too quickly and had the food all clump up at the back of the oven, but with these, it stays right where I set it. Didn't take long to get used to, and now I don't think about it. I'll be buying these again, to replace my shoddy pans as they get too dented or rusted to use.
