We've paired our popular Half Sheet with a custom nesting, oven-safe, nonstick grid. Ideal for crisping, roasting or broiling, the grid doubles as a cooling rack for baked goods as well. Baked goods rise and bake evenly due to aluminums superior heat conductivity and the reinforced encapsulated steel rim prevents warping. The included nonstick grid lifts food off the pan surface, allowing air to circulate, creating crisp finished products with ease. Pan exterior dimensions 17.9 x 12.9 x 1 inches and interior dimensions 17.1 x 12.1 inches. Grid measures 16.9 x 11.5 x 0.9 inches. Easy clean up, hand wash only. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water. Made in the USA with imported rack.

This is an excellent sheet tray! Not thin like others I've used, so it doesn't warp on me. I have another tray that's so thin that as soon as it comes up to temperature in my oven I'll hear a loud clang as the metals expand and it contorts into it's warped shape. This one is constructed of aluminum, which is an ideal material. It conducts heat well and generally will replicate the results you expect when following recipes online, while also being rust-proof. You're getting industry standard performance here. I bought the half sheet size and it's perfect for cooking for one, whether I'm leaving chicken to dry in the fridge on the included steel drying grid or lining the sheet with parchment paper and roasting veggies. It's a similar size to my cutting boards, so it also conveniently fits in my cutting board rack beneath my counter. These sheet pans are the best on the market. They do not warp, don't "pop" in the oven, & clean up easily. Very versatile & are so handy for a variety of baking. Rack fits perfectly with little nubbies that keep it from sliding or possibly scratching the sheet pan. Great gift item too!

This line of Nordicware baking sheets is fantastic. Get at least one with the rack insert—you won’t believe how much you’ll use it. These are sturdy yet lightweight. I ended up ordering in multiple sizes and especially love the full size sheet pan. Just make sure to hand wash them to keep looking good. My husband put one in the dishwasher and it turned dark and dull. Still usable but discolored. ... show more

Fit my oven perfectly. The rack sits well in the pan. Though after a couple of uses. The pan warped a little. I think it’s because I used it 450F.

    • Excellent alternative to an air fryer.

We have a convection oven which works essentially the same as an air fryer. This baking sheet is all that's needed to provide the same functionality. Our main use for this pan is baking bacon. I comes out perfect and, because it isn't sitting in it's own drippings, is less fatty. Cleaning the grid is a bit tedious but a good brush and a pre-soak with Dawn Platinum Powerwash (amazing stuff!) makes it relatively painless. We do recommend lining the pan with aluminum foil to keep stuff from baking on to the pan. That makes cleanup extremely easy - no rubbing. ... show more
