There are multiple companies selling Ashwagandha these days, as it may be used to treat a variety of issues (look up an article titled “An Overview on Ashwagandha: A Rasayana (Rejuvenator) of Ayurveda” on the National Center for Biotechnology Information website). There is a ton of research backing it up, not to mention that people have been safely using it for thousands of years. Most people don’t realize how much of a toll any type of continued stress (school, kids, a long commute sitting in traffic, etc.) takes on their poor adrenals.. Cortisol plays a big role in that issue, and Ashwagandha helps you manage that more efficiently. I sincerely have a lot of appreciation for it. I used to feel bloated and sluggish at work, and my doctor told me she couldn’t explain what was going on, but it was probably due to stress. Bloodwork came back “normal.” After a few days taking this, I could tell I was getting rid of excess fluid (the difference was noticeable and my friends asked me about it), and I could increasingly feel this “gentle” and sustained energy during the day. Some people say it also helps with their sleep quality. It’s not the effect you will get from a typical stimulant, where your body gets hit almost instantly, and then that boost just goes away. Traditional stimulants like caffeine eventually start to make me feel tired, and then I just need more of it to feel energized. This won’t happen with Ashwagandha, as this is part of a treatment, where you’re not just putting a band aid on the problem trying to convince yourself it’s normal to feel tired all the time. I have tried multiple brands in the past, and I have to say this one is by far the best I could find, as it’s hard to encounter similarly high dosage and purity in other brands. Make sure you see your doctor if you’re not feeling ok. Mine was very supportive of my decision to take Ashwagandha. If you want to give it a shot, I would recommend trying this one and seeing how you feel after taking it for several days. Stay safe, everyone!

This brand is amazing! I have adrenal fatigue that doesn't quit. When I feel that fight or flight response, my body can't come back down from it. When I take Ashwagand I feel immediate calm within 15 to 20 mins. It saves the day. I recommend this to everyone. Worth every penny.

I can't say enough good things about this medication. With my first bottle I didn't think it was working until I realized I was actually falling asleep easier and getting better sleep than I was used to. It was only when that bottle ran out that I really saw the true benefits to my body. I went almost 2wks before I was able to reorder my 2nd bottle and I started having a lot of issues I hadn't noticed had gotten better. My joints started hurting again, I had a very difficult time sleeping or falling asleep and worst of all was I started having panic attacks again and my depression got so bad I missed work because of it. Within a few days of taking Ashwagandha again those symptoms started fading away and I felt so much better. The best things about this is that I've had zero negative side effects and its gently helps your body in ways you won't even notice at first. I have been telling everyone that will listen about this medication and I plan to never run out again! Also packaging and delivery have always been top notch.

This stuff in incredible! I wouldn't have believed a supplement could make such a change in my condition and general well-being, but it has. I was constantly fatigued from even the most simple exertion, short of breath and feeling like I was going to jump out of my skin. That, of course, produced anxiety and even some mild depression after a while from feeling like I just couldn't do anything. Then I found this product and what a difference it's made. I'm able to do the simple tasks that were such a chore and almost debilitating before. I have more energy, my mood is greatly improved (probably just out of relief) and the anxiety and stress are gone. I'm able to fall asleep easily and sleep through the night, too, so I wake up energized and ready to go. No, it isn't a miracle drug and it doesn't wrap you in clouds of utopia like a narcotic would do. It's amazingly subtle, but amazingly effective, too. I highly recommend it without reservation. Do yourself a favor and at least try it.

Loved! From the 1st night after I took at 9pm by 10pm thought was clearer and I was able to focus alot better. I have had mental problems since I was in my early teens needless to say have tried counless meds for thought disorders and sleep issues ( I only get about 2 maybe 4 hours of sleep and they aren't restful. I went to bed easily at midnight was up at 430 but felt great. I had not slept so peaceful in a number of years. And didn't have the med effect you feel after spending time asleep. The next night I slept for 6 hours. Wow! The results haven't faded in the 2 months. I'm a HUGE fan of this. Wish it was on autoship. I also take the rhodiiolla but it's certain ones. I'm likeing them too I take them in am . I'm not sure how much I like them yet. Since thru did take a whole lot longer to show up ( the phamacist said that would happen) and the effectiveness is so very subtle. I take Totiniq brand rhodiola. If any one has a brand they would suggest that is better please do so.
