They helped prevent sliding. Only used them once and they stayed in place. So I’m guessing they are a good quality, but this isn’t my area of expertise. Price was reasonable, that’s why I chose these.

I bought sandal from Amazon. It’s only $30 cheap sandals so when I try on my hard floor,I can heat that sounds of heels and I can tell it would slip so I ordered this on Amazon. Easy to install and you can cut that size how every you want to cut. I tried on my new Sandal again,it doesn’t make that sounds more than without it. I still haven’t wear them to outside yet and let’s see how it going to be by walking outside and will update it! So far I like it because doesn’t make sounds
