When this jacket arrived I was a little skeptical, the sizing is OK, big in the torso but tighter in the neck. I wore it during the early hunting season with just a light shirt underneath when it was 50 in the early morning and 75 in the midday and it was the perfect weight. I was worried about the faux fur being too hot, but it wasn't. I decided I was going to wear it as my outer layer on the opening day of gun season. It was 29 degrees and driving snow/sleet. I had 3 other layers (one of which was a Nomad long sleeve shirt) underneath. I sat for 12 hours that day and stayed warm and dry. I have worn it out every day since, including today when it is snowing and I am completely warm and dry in my tree stand. The quality seems to be very good, it has held up to several washes and being put in the dryer 20 or more times. So far, I love it! I highly recommend Nomad! ... show more

I bought this jacket because both season was getting colder. It is warm the zipper is pretty decently quiet and the pockets on the side are very large. If I needed to buy another jacket, I would buy this one. If you need to layer due to the weather, potentially changing from being cold to warmer, I would get a size up, but the jacket is very true to size. ... show more

Went with this jacket after returning a tidwe version. It’s much better quality and is warmer. Quiet zippers and nice and soft on the inside. Quiet exterior also. Getting the pants next. 5/5 I am 6’1” and 185. Large fits great with a little room for layers

This is a really nice high quality jacket. Haven’t sat in a tree with it yet but it feels plenty warm and the wind resistance should be perfect for all day rut hunts. Craftsmanship is great and it’s really quiet and comfortable

Warm but they don’t have as much fleece lining as the old harvester, and I’m unsure if this jacket could be more loud. Love the price but returned it, not what I need for a bow hunting jacket. Would be impossible to draw or move on a quiet day
