I wore this down into sub 20-degree weather with a merino base layer and Nomad midweight hoodie. I will say if you are sitting for a while it can get cold after a couple of hours but if you are hiking in this is perfect due to the heat regulation zippers.

My husband adores this jacket. He's worn it in the rain and 4-wheeling and felt warm and comfortable. My son also wore it and told me he liked how it felt and liked the pocket placement. I've washed this a few times and it hasn't lost any of its quality. I highly recommend this for cooler temps.

Good quality for what you pay. Could it be better? Sure. I have some doubts about long term usage and durability but it’s a third the price of a quality brand like Browning and a quarter of what Sitka would be. You do the math.

This jacket is certainly not waterproof and it is loud. My Rivers West gear is at about the same price point and is definitely waterproof.
