The couch came in 4 boxes, with the directions tucked inside one. It took about 45 minutes to assemble. The most difficult part was attaching the arms to the sides because of how it has to be lined up. Some of the cushions are under one of the frame/bottom pieces and required a bit of tugging because one popped. Overall it's a great buy. It's firm but comfortable. So much storage too!

I purchased the couch online and received it super fast. 4 huge boxes arrived to my apartment complex. Overall its a great bang for your buck as this couch is sturdy, comfortable and easy to put together. it takes a day or two for the cushions to fully expand . I have already slept in it twice. The covers are removable so it is easy to wash. Time will tell how this couch does and if something breaks.

I am writing this review sitting on the longer end cushion. It's very comfy. If you are considering this couch, my opinion is DO IT. Everything about this process has been positive. 1. It will probably come in 2 distinct shipments, so don't fret if it all isn't there after the 1st one. There was some damage to the boxes that looked like it could have impacted stuff inside, but it didn't. Everything was in perfect condition as you can see in the photo. 2. Putting this together was about as easy as it could be. "Easy" meaning "it's clear how to do it". The instructions were basic and I had no problems understanding what had to be done. Maybe took me, a middle-age guy in OK health, an hour or so to assemble. You should not have any problems assembling this thing. Here's a tip: one of the boxes contains 2 wooden sticks to keep the fluff inside from rising. It's under pressure and the instructions could have been a little clearer on what do to. I almost gave myself a stroke getting them out, but here's how. Press inwards near one of the ends and pull it out to the side. Don't try to stand on it or use your feet. 3. Give the cushions the 72 hours to expand like they say. These impatient people posting whargarble about cushions probably didn't wait. Look at the cushions in my photo. Are they the most plush experience in existence? No, but this is a sectional couch through the mail and not a $3,000 couch from the furniture store downtown. I slept on this last night, it's fine. 4. The ottoman with wooden top is a nice touch for drinks and such. There's lots of storage in both ottoman and the area under the hydraulic lift covering the cubbie hole in the long end portion. 5. The color and fabric are nice and soft. The metal nodes are understated and I don't think they look obnoxious (that was a concern of mine, that they'd look too stuffy). All in all I am glad I bought this, because I had my doubts buying a large piece of furniture on Amazon (or the web in general). Do it!

Very nice couch. It's a little firm, but still really comfortable. I love the reversible top on the ottoman and that both ottomans have storage. It took about an hour to assemble and wasn't difficult.

It was delivered 3 days after I ordered it and that alone is impressive. It came neatly packed and it was super simple to put together. No tools are required. I did it all by myself in about 30 minutes. Most of that time was spent unpacking the boxes. The material feels nice. The cushions aren't the greatest but they are better than a lot of more expensive sofas I looked at. I use this in a smaller family room and for the price I couldn't ask for more. It completely upgraded the room.

Best couch we could have got for the price. And when I say for the price, I mean this in a good way. It took maybe 45min to put together. It was very easy, very convenient. My favorite part about this couch is how can rearrange it anyway you want. You can have the arm to the right, to the left. You don't even need to have it sectional style If that's not your thing. It took about 4-5 days to deliver. Comes in 4 boxes. It really opens up the space in our living room, which is great. You really can't beat the price for a new couch that conveniently gets delivered to your front door. Storage is also a plus. Washable cover cushions is fantastic. It does its job, and can fit 2 60lb dogs and 1 person comfortably lol. Family has no complaints. And naps are great on it.

I did not receive the full couch. I am missing the chaise, the covers for 3 pillows and the chaise. The arms to the couch are also missing. I only received three boxes. UPDATE: I did receive the last box for the sofa. Amazon only provided one tracking number when there were in fact four. The sofa is nice and comfy. I am giving it 4 stars for the time being to see how it holds up and will review again in 6 months.

This sofa was easy to assemble once I had all of the boxes. The boxes arrived about 4 days apart, so it was mildly inconvenient to have to store the first 2 boxes while waiting for the other 2, but they were all here within about a week. One of the 3 boxes was too heavy for me to move, so i just opened it and carried in the individual pieces. Depending on where you live, this may not be ideal. I assembled it myself in about 30 minutes. We’ve been using it for about a week now and find it to be comfortable. I wish the seats were just a couple of inches deeper, but all in all it’s the perfect size and shape for what I need. The fabric doesn’t seem to attract and cling to cat hair like some of my other upholstered items do, so that has been a nice plus. I’m a little concerned about how well it will hold up over time, but for about 1/2 the price of any other similar sized sofas I decided to take the chance and am so far very happy. I’m also happy that I can disassemble and move it myself in my car if I need to and won’t have to hire movers. I got the version with the table ottoman, but my kids have the soft side up and use it as another chaise, so I haven’t actually used the table part yet.
