The media could not be loaded. I had been longing for a sleep mask like this and didn't know it existed until recently when I did a search for it! It is exactly what I hoped for and more! I used it last night and it helped me sleep so much better. I love the reversible sides, one soft and smooth and the other side is cooling fabric! I would've been fine if it was a little heavier, but I am satisfied with the weight. I cannot say enough good things about the Nodpod Gentle Pressure Sleep Mask. This has genuinely improved my sleep. The gentle weighted pressure is the perfect amount calming without feeling restrictive. It feels similar to a weighted blanket, but specifically for your eyes. It helps me relax faster, especially on nights when my mind won’t slow down. What I love most: •No tight elastic digging into your head. •Even weight distribution that stays in place. •Soft, comfortable fabric that feels soothing against the skin. •Blocks light extremely well. I love this thing. I don't normally like sleep masks because they squeeze my head and the bands hurt my ears, but this mask is like a weighted blanket just for your eyes. I’m sensitive to light when sleeping and will wake up easily, but this blocks out all the light super effectively. It has a little button hole on one end to slip the other end through if you want it to be more secured to your head, but it’s not necessary. Each side of the mask is a different material as well, one smooth and cool, the other velvety and soft. Both are delightful. Genuinely helps me fall asleep so much faster.

I love this! It helps me get so relaxed at night and does a fantastic job of blocking out light. It is not slippery at all, or hot either. The color is perfect. It is also not too heavy on the eyes either. I love it for naps and my partner loves it for sleep. My only concern is that I can hear the beads move when my head, but my fiancé doesn’t seem to have any issue with it.

If you’re neurodivergent like me and need ANY SIGN to buy this eye mask, this is it. I’ve tested it for about seven days and my sleep has never been better. First, it blocks any and all light. I mean *any and all*. Second, it doesn’t slip off when you use the hook or just lay it over your eyes before you sink into sleep. It doesn’t leave a bump in the back of your head after wearing (curly and Coily girlies, this is huge) and it feels more like a scarf than anything else. Finally? I wear this every night with my earplugs because noise and light are my biggest insomnia triggers. It fits. It feels good. It blocks even more sound out. I feel rested. No signs of wear and tear. 10/10 recommend. Please do yourself a favor and purchase this. It’s good for naps, for travel, for long sleeps, for resting, for relaxing — miracles! (I am not an ambassador nor was paid for this. Just a regular degular girl who was recommended this by another ND girly).
