Used this fan to replace a really loud power supply exhaust fan on my Lorex NVR. The fan comes with a bunch of adapters and splices to use if needed. It's so quiet that I can now hear the other fan that's to cool the nvr case and plan on replacing that with the same brand fan.

This was key to replacing a noisy fan in an old Netgear GS724T switch. The fan Even came with little butt connectors, so I could use the connector from the old fan with the adapter provided with this fan. Now my switch is near silent in my 8U rack.
