Easy to assemble. Took about 15 mins to put this together. Some base surfaces were missing finishing, wheels aren’t great. Wheel nuts make noise while moving chair back and forth. I bought this to replace a very cheap chair that I used for nearly a year which sadly, suddenly and expectedly gave way after very light usage. Happily for me I stumbled across this one which did not break the bank while also managing to hit almost every considerable check mark. PROS . Well, let’s start by saying it’s not an ugly chair. In fact, I’d say it looks pretty sleek and elegant. . Effectively, it feels sturdy, well built and the mesh materials do seem to keep their integrity. (I’ve had the chair for over six months now) . For $140.00 bucks, I really give it to them for being able to achieve such a cohesive level of comfort. I mean the chair seems to embrace the contours of the body while supporting good posture. The seat cushion is not too plush or too thin and I can’t say int not comfy, even after sitting for a few hours. . The mechanics of the height adjustment feels premium and the chair make not sounds whatsoever (squeaky noises) . The reclining feature has the ability to lock in which ever position you choose, reclined, erected or anything in between. CONS . The head rest feature does not change angles, however it is height adjustable . The chair does not recline as far back as many would prefer, or at least not far back enough to get a little lazy and take a nap in. . The arms are height adjustable but do not recline. This should have been the one feature to promote this chair above its standard, considering many folks buying this kind of chair have home studios and play musical instruments which demand that arm space. Beyond these the three hiccups I just mentioned, I’d totally buy this chair all day. Cheers to all! ... show more

I have had the chair for almost a year and it has worked well. The chair is being used almost daily, for 9+ hours during the week and whatever time on the weekends, and it has done well to keep me comfortable while sitting for that long. What really prompted my review was there fantastic customer support. I have had the headrest and right armrest break while owning, and was able to work with their support to get new parts mailed to me at no cost. I was then able to bolt on the new part and continue using the chair. I highly recommend this product just for the support they provide, but also the quality product they sold me ... show more

update 1/3/24: after having my replacement chair for a couple months I would just like to share, this chair is still perfect! No sqeakiness or creaking at all, I was curious if it would develop problems over time and so far that is not the case. I don't know what made the other one squeak, maybe we put it together wrong or something but I'm now convinced it was just a fluke. I'm still so grateful for this companies wonderful customer service. Update: The company reached out and they went above and beyond to find a solution. The replacement chair is perfect, with no squeaks! Top tier customer service. I've had this chair for a couple months. As far as comfortability I'm not too picky- it's better than my old chair so its fine for me. Where my problem lies is THE NOISE. I saw the reviews and thought its ok, for the price I can handle a little squeakiness. This is not *a little squeakiness*. The creaking and groaning of this chair is so loud it can be heard through my entire house! Whoever designed this thing should be arrested. I've tried wd-40 and it did nothing. I do not recommend this chair if you are using it indoors, around other people, have children, have neighbors or if you like peace while you're working- cuz this thing will drive you to insanity. ... show more
