Overall I am very happy with this frame. Sturdy, no noise and the mattress fits perfect. During assembly I found that I wasn't able to slide one of the slats in because the metal was bent. I will need to get a tool to straighten it out. Other then that it's great.

I've had this frame for 3+ Years and no problems or breakage. It can hold a Twin or Twin XL mattress no problems! It can hold 300+ pounds and even two people! No creaking or breakage! Overall good and sturdy!

Greatly pleased with this. I got this as a replacement of my old steel bed frame which was very out of date given to me by my father. It was just an outter square shaped bed frame with no support in the middle therefore the bed could drag downward with age increasing wear and tear which it did despite using thick wood for support in addition the new mattress could not fit with it as the new mattress was a box spring Twin XL ('11) it's original only supporting a Twin. A man of my height (5'10 ft or 6'0 ft) also needed a suitable bed frame that can make getting up much easier which my search found this bed frame. Setting up took awhile especially for a person with lower back pain but once I was done, immediately laid my bed on it and took a rest on it and I was pleased with it. Also of note that there are many gaps on this bed frame. So for now I placed thick cardboard in hopes on mitigating any issues in the future of sagging. The extra space below the bed frame for storage is pretty nice to have. As I was assembling this there were some present scratches here and there. The bolts may be a pain to get right and screw in and may need to do a trick in which one arm rotates the screw in while the other hand holds the nut in place with the included wrench. You may have excess nuts and bolts which seem to be normal. Also, after finishing assembling and placing your mattress be sure to sit on the edge of it (both sides) so the slots get further inserted into the bed frame which you may hear a little sound if it wasn't inserted all the way. Also be aware that the corners if you have children, pets, or your feet or leg may need some form of protection from the edges of the bed frame. Their not sharp or anything but as precaution. Depending of how your bed is setup the middle leg of the bed frame may need some protection for your feet in case you bump into it like me. Update: Feb 01, 2022 - I like to report that the bed frame still works solid and have not had to do any maintenance on it at all. Still very pleased with this investment. The safe guards on the legs of the bed frame have been secured to prevent toes and feed from pain of accidentally hitting them on it. I'm still using thick cardboard for the many gaps. Wish it was easy to find in stock a 1-2 inch thick layer of steel. ... show more

I was nervous about ordering this bed frame simply because I had seen a few reviews about it being difficult to assemble or not being well-made/sturdy. That 100% has not been my experience with this bed frame and I am SO glad I purchased it. The bed frame arrived quickly in one box. The box wasn't too large or too heavy. It would probably be easier to carry with another person but I carried it up 2 flights of stairs myself with no issue. And I am a rather weak, 5'4" woman. While the instructions seemed confusing for a moment, I was quickly able to understand them and really hardly needed the instructions for the build. It took me a little over an hour to put together but I put it together by myself and was working rather slowly. Also, I am rather clumsy so I dropped the nuts and knocked the pieces over I was trying to put together a few times in the process. BUT it was a rather easy, painless, quick process. Once the frame was assembled, I easily slipped my mattress on top (no need for a box spring anymore with this frame) and it was held neatly within the raised outer frame of the bed frame. I have been sleeping on this bed frame nighly for about a month with my two dogs. Together, we are probably around 450lbs. (this doesn't include the weight of my pillow top deep pocket mattress) The mattress has not slipped out from the raised outer frame once. The bed frame is sturdy. It does not move and does not make creak or make other noises. I would just recommend holding onto the small Allen wrench and this wrench they provide for assembly so that you can tighten the connections periodically to keep the frame tight, sturdy, and noise-free if you don't have the tools yourself. Lastly, I would say I am happy with the full 12 inches of clearance that I can use for storage under this bed frame. The legs are all in good places that allow for maximum storage under the frame with what I hope continues to be adequate support for the frame from the legs. I couldn't be more pleased in my tiny, no-storage apartment. 10/10 would recommend this bed frame! ... show more
