    • Wow! I couldn't put this book down, I loved the fun energy and all the information.
I so enjoyed every minute with this fun book. Each page was visual and informational, as it describes the aspects of turning your property/room into a money maker as a vacation rental. The step by step ideas, and the lists, were very helpful to me to be able focus on what's important. I learned everything I needed to know about renting my guest house. This book is fab! The art, the humor, the thoroughness...and an extra little flair from the artist herself. Odessa clearly show you how to turn your home or even just an extra room into a cute and fun space that vacation renters will be begging to rent. Also, what was so surprising (in a good way) is that extra bit of mindfulness that was thrown into the mix. Odessa seems to know how important mindset is when embarking on a new venture.
