Cutting board looks great. I love that it has a side for produce and a side for meats. However, I found it odd that there was no juice groove for the meat side.

So far I really like this. I think it's possible a little misleading that it says no glue as I think there are several pieces glued together top to bottom to make the full thickness, but none on the cutting surface itself. This has replaced my plastic cutting boards as hopefully a safer material.

I love the closed surface of the bamboo and how lightweight it is. Wood is much heavies and harder to clean. I love this and will be ordering more. I love these. My only problem is that they fray along the grain a bit. I think sanding may help but it hasn't been bad enough for me to get around to it.

I don't want to eat bamboo shreds and fibers even though they are said to be non-toxic. I followed the directions using salt when I first got it but after the first real use and washing and drying it right away, the board was covered with small splinters of bamboo on both sides. I tried wiping them away but they are still mostly connected. I can't use this board! It's pretty but also pretty fuzzy with bamboo strands and fibers. ... show more
