    • Good-Couple Things to Note
I used this on an Essential Phone PH-1 screen. It has held up very well and was a perfect application. It has held the screen in place and successfully for over a week now and is very sturdy. I have no concerns about the long-term hold. Important to Note: 1) This appears cut from a larger roll. The product delivered was indeed 3M. However, it is very flimsy and not a super smooth cut. This did not impact application at all though for me. 2) Look to see what tape your device needs. If you device used glue then USE GLUE. I see people talking about it holding their tablet, I would be shocked if a tablet screen was held in with 1mm double side stick tape. Perhaps it is 2 or 3mm. 3) Make sure you get all old adhesive off. I even used a small dab of rubbing alcohol on a q-tip to clean the channel where the tape sits on the phone. Let it dry for a couple minutes and you should be good. 4) THIS MIGHT BE THE MOST IMPORTANT. It is very small which means that contact between the tape and the whatever you are taping is very small. So, it is imperative that you do not touch and get your oils over the tape. If possible, use gloves but make sure they do not have any powder or anything. 5) I didn't undo the top of the double side but rather I placed the tape in place and then peeled the top off. 6) It is very easy to double up on the tape without trying. This happened to one side, it was holding still because of the side of the tape is still sticky. However it looked odd to me and upon inspection I noticed I had two layers of tape (so the middle was still the protective film over the tape meaning no adhesiveness. shot my loa to quick this is not what I needed but experimented briefly stuff is sticky 1 mm very narrow adheres extremely well to plastic glass if you are sure about needing this for your repair should work great

    • Perfect for Blackberry Keyone
I used this tape to secure the screen in my Blackberry Keyone after the screen came loose. This is a common issue with this phone, so I am fortunate I could fix it without the screen ribbon tearing. This tape was perfect size for going around the lip of the screen bed. I fixed the phone about 4 months ago, and I have dropped the phone several times since then (whoops) without the screen coming out again. I use my phone pretty heavily, including in very cold and also very hot/humid conditions such as in my waistband at the gym, and this tape has taken the beating! Would definitely recommend the product, but I do not recommend the Blackberry Keyone :) ... show more

    • Good value, Good tape, cut was bit ragged
Tape worked very well to bond replacement screen to my Essential phone. This is enough tape to do about 100 phones worth of screen replacements. Only quibble is that, when supplier cut the 1mm wide slice of tape off a larger roll, the cutting was a little ragged, leaving fringey bits of tape every 8" or so (on the outside of the roll). As phones are smaller than that in every dimension, trimming out the ragged sections was not a problem. But it will become more of a problem as the roll gets smaller, so at some point the roll will become unusable. ... show more

    • Does what it should.
It works fine, just not for me. It was too narrow, I should have purchased multiple widths for the phone I was fixing. I have a ton left over, wish they had smaller rolls in multi-packs with different widths.

    • Great tape at a good price!
Came a little wrinkled, they really need a preformed plastic case to ship it in but itโ€™s not hurt since I cut it into small strips. Works really well on phones and small electronics.
