The media could not be loaded. UPDATE: Doesn't last. For the money it should not have cracked in 6 months. For this flip phone with the crease you need a soft self healing type and others cost half as much as this and comes with 2 or 3 instead of just 1. ☚ī¸ Watched the videos was a little vague as there is no dialog but not hard to figure out. The biggest issue is dust. Take your time go over n over. Start by cleaning your phone. Give the screen protector a wipe down as dust from it can get on your phone. Make sure your hands are clean and the environment you are in. Give the tool a wipe down. The kit undoubtedly gets dust from the box so Give everything a wipe down. Use the stickers again n again and get the edges where dust mainly skin particles can get in and create those bubbles. Yes 99% of dust is your skin. If you have dry hands keep a moist towel nearby. Take your time cleaning as the install is made easy by the frame kit. Had zero problems with lint. Lint was never an issue its the tiny sand grain size dust that will urk you. You only get 1 in the kit so if you mess up mainly dust under the screen you will be upset and have to buy another. At $17 for 1 screen protector is pricey and delivery took awhile. The whole thing was simple to do but it's that first time you don't know what to expect. Take your time cleaning everything and use those stickers. Don't know if I will buy this one again or go with another brand. $17 x2 $34 for a screen protector? Yikes. This would have been a good kit if they included a spare. đŸĢĄ Will update and wait to see what happens in a few days before considering buying another one.😁 UPDATE: Decided to purchase another one. This one I got perfect. 😁 No bubbles lint or dust. Raised up 1 star. I like the feel of the screen. Nice n smooth. Was worried for a sec as I pulled the #1 tab and the plastic ripped but I had confidence the protector was ok and luckily it was. They need a different squeegee as the one they give sheds lint. Also they need to include a second protector. 2 instead of just 1 at $17. I spent $34 😧 for a screen protector. No issues at the fold but I recommend waiting a bit before closing the phone. Let it dry or adhere to the screen for an hour or so. Good screen protector with ease of install but needs to come with a spare and a lint free squeegee. 😉👍 ... show more

This is the 3rd time replacing my Flip 3 screen protector. 1 under warranty, 1 paid by repair shop before that. Last time I took it in, another shop wanted $150 to replace it. No thank you. Absolutely critical that you watch the video several times. I had it up next to me to follow each step then pause it. I was almost cursing the last part where the plastic would not tear easily from the plastic stand and left jagged edges, but that is ends up being the last cover to peel off. Voila - it's nice and clean. I have two tiny bubbles due to a sand molecule under the screen protector when I sealed it down. It's very hard to keep the dust off this to avoid it during the replacement process (every device has this issue when replacing screen savers). It still looks great and unnoticeable, just like the original (and 2nd replacement). My phone does not lay completely flat when open, which is a challenge too, but as long as you use the squeegee and push up in 1 direction slowly, you will be ok. It's an ingenious contraption and process to replace this. The phone itself is the issue with the screen protector eventually getting messed up. I don't think I'd own another flip, but I have a long way to go for an upgrade. So I have to deal. Will probably buy more of these in anticipation of another replacement. I do wish they sold just the screen and and the plastic stand can be reused, but the price point is better than a repair shop. ... show more

The screen saver on my Z flip 3 was separating at the crease after less than 18 months. It finally became so annoying that I decided to try replacing it myself. I saw a video of this screen saver and liked the idea of the installation jig. The hardest part of the installation was removing the old screen saver. I couldn't lift it at the corner but finally started at the crease where it was already separating and that worked just as well. Definitely watch one of the installation videos; the included instructions aren't very good. I did end up with two tiny spots on the screen which are my fault as I cleaned the screen, but forgot the step to go over it with the lint remover. I only see the spots when the screen is black. I can't speak as to how long this screen saver will last, but I really like this phone so if it lasts a long as the Samsung screen saver, I'll be happy. My husband's phone is having the same problem and I will probably replace his screen saver now that I know how easy this is. My only complaint is that the screen saver doesn't seem to be available unless you buy the whole kit. ... show more

Doesn't matter which protector you get, they only last 1 year then start lifting at the fold. So knowing that, this protector worked as intended. Smooth, no glare. No touch lags. Install was a bit of a pain. Has a fancy tray and all. Really, no need for all that. Would have been better to do it the old fashion way and just line it up and lay it down.
