Worst scooter ever to be honest I bought one the shipping was the only thing that was good it came fast but the scooter itself had many issues one being it doesn’t even really go 17mph as stayed on the display screen when riding and on the app I used another app to display my speed and it was like 14 -15 it did manage to somewhat get to 16 and to back that information up I recently had a gotrax brand scooter from Walmart that was like 100 dollars cheaper that said it goes 15 mph and it went way faster I wouldn’t really recommend buying this one because as of right now I’m trying to get a refund and there making it difficult ... show more

I brought a kqi3 sport that arrived with 400 miles on it,a broken off charging port cover,the handlebar grips were lose,and the cap cover for rear wheel were missing,and now I'm having a hard time with returning it. beware!
