I had thick and long hair and have hard time getting strong straighteners/curling irons. The heats controls and smoothness of this product is commendable. It is easy to pack and has enough cord length. Honestly, the lock mechanism was a bit annoying though I liked that it can be closed. After almost 2 years, it broke on me and I asked for customer service. They had very fast customer service and sent me a replacement as quick as they can (actually within 2 days). They just needed me to send a quick video of malfunction which is understandable. I proposed to send it back but they trusted me. Hope this business gets a lot recognition and continues to satisfy their customers. I express extreme satisfaction with their services and their products. :)

I’ve been using this brand for over 5 years. I recently had an issue and contacted customer service and they responded immediately and took care of the issue promptly. The customer service from Rain was impeccable. She was very thorough and she responded quickly to each of my emails. The hair straightener itself is a great product. I love that it comes with a case for traveling. The heat mit and clips are very useful. The straightener is light weight and heats up quickly. It leaves my hair shiny and works quickly. I don’t have to keep going over the same spots multiple times like other brands.

I have been using hair straighteners to curl my hair for over a decade now and I never had an issue. This one is tricky to get all your curls the same. I think the issue is your hair slides off it so easily, which isn’t necessarily a con, I prefer my hair to slide instead of get stuck. It straightens hair very fast and my hair looks sleek and shiny. There is so smell, I use it at 375 for my fine silky hair. (I have a lot of hair). Lightweight and pretty too. Feels like a luxurious brand.

I was hesitant because of the silicone tip that keeps it closed, but it works well. The previous one I had of this brand had a lock button to keep it closed, but the button quit working, so I’m happy.

UPDATE: the company reached out directly to me and sent me a new straightener. This tells me that my original straightener going out was a fluke, and that the company stands by their product. 5-stars from me, I do love this straightener. It heats up quickly and gets hot enough. I will have to get used to the silicone grip that keeps it together, but that shouldn’t be a problem, as I typically only use that for travel. HUGE thank you to the company for making this right and standing by their product! Original review: I have had a revlon hair dryer for nearly 20 years. I bought this thing 2.5 years ago and it stopped getting hot enough to do anything to my hair. I can’t say I’m surprised, they make products to last just beyond the warranty date. I’m giving it three stars because I just returned another one that pulled my hair. So overall this one is good, but wish it would last longer. * I did repurchase this, and I have to say I’m sad they took the locking toggle out.

I would have given this product a 5 star rating, but the lock mechanism stopped working within 6 months of using it and then the actual lock/unlock button broke and fell off the straightener. Now the hinge in the straightener will randomly lock and not let the it full close. Other then this issue, the straightener is amazing and wonderful to use. I love the digital display and how easy it is the set the temperature.

This is the most amazing flat iron I have ever owned! Smooths out frizzy hair and leaves it silky! I love the case and clips and the glove and rubber tip that closed the flat iron for storage. that came with it. I highly recommend this flat iron.
