I use Nioxin every other day but have used it every day for long periods of time and I have to say, after repeated use, I feel like my hair is a little fuller and silkier too. It's really hard to tell at first - you just have to stick with it but it, along with supplements, has helped my hair a lot from all the damage of coloring and bleaching. The conditioner is really only for your scalp so don't rub it through your hair - just massage it into your scalp and then use your regular conditioner in your hair. I have used this combination of shampoo and cream rinse for years. It was recommended to me by my hairdresser as my once thick and naturally curly hair was beginning to fall out and straighten.
