I like that the solar panel moves separately from the light. I was able to move the panel so it faces the sun more directly. The lights are set on the brightest and when I get up in the morning as the sun is coming up I notice they have gone out. Therefore, I know they come on at dusk about 7:40 pm right now and they are off at 6:30 when I get up. Will have to check on them through the night to see how long they actually stay lit. ... show more

I purchased both the cool white and warm white. Depends on your preference. But they are quite bright, and transformed our hillside garden and planters. Have some shining up Olive trees, and some on the walkway. And they are still on on the morning! I am very impressed. I use these spotlights to light up different highlights of my yard, garden and pond at night. They function automatically coming on at dusk and turning off at dawn, starting the charging cycle to repeat for the next day. As with any solar light or device, you need to put it where the solar panel gets at least 4 hours of direct sunlight. Cloudy days will make it charge less than normal. There are 3 settings (low, medium and high) which will also determine how long they will last through the night. I found that these lights are among the best that I have used. LED Configuration and Brightness: These spotlights feature 23 LEDs designed for concentrated and brighter illumination. The cool white light temperature of 6500K ensures visibility without being overly harsh. Adjustable Solar Panels and Lighting Modes: The solar panels are adjustable up and down by 90 degrees, allowing you to capture the best lighting angle while harnessing solar energy. The lights have three lighting modes: Low light mode: Lasts for 20 hours. Medium light mode: Lasts for 10 hours. High light mode: Lasts for 8 hours. I love the fact that you can have these lights pretty much anywhere in your yard. They even give you the screws if you want to put them on your deck or fence. Once you have the solar panel positioned, you can have the light either shining down, straight ahead or up. It’s great. So simple. I have a section in my front yard that has no light. So I decided to put some of the lights there. Such a difference. One is dimmed w at my rose bush. Another is set close to an angel statue we have. And yet another is aimed where we believe animals are coming into our yard before they set off our trail cam. I’m very pleased with this item.
