The assembly of this item was very straightforward and I was able to put it together pretty quickly. It is a sturdy, attractive chair. I would have given 5 stars, but there is no customer service assistance for this. While assembling, I had one part (the tray, part K) that was somewhat wonky, but there was no option to call for help or a replacement part. The only option was to initiate a return /replacement.

So I really do love the chair. Easy to assemble for the most part. Much comfier than my office chair that's falling apart. It'll match my gaming setup perfectly. I do have a bone to pick though. I ordered this on the 24th of Oct and paid $55 to get it by the 26th or 27th of Oct. I was notified of a delay and it didn't get to me until today (Oct 31st). It would've been yesterday, but I wasn't home to sign for it which is my bad, but still. That's 3 days beyond what they stated I'd get it by for the extra $55. I wouldn't have paid the extra money if I knew it would take the same amount of time to get to me as free shipping. Do not pay extra for shipping on this chair.

A comfortable nice chair. It was very easy to assemble, the plush is nice and soft while feeling stable. The pad for your lower back comes with a vibration motor. The foot rest is nice to use, and especially when the chair is tilted back. Oh and the chair tilts back almost entirely horizontaly. The up and down function works great too. Overall a good product and a worth buy

For a mid-level computer chair it is functional and a good value. It is comfortable and adjusts pretty well. I didn't expect it to be heavily padded and it is not. The head rest portion works OK, I'm used to others that are more adjustable - but it works.

I had been looking for an all blue and white chair for a really long time and when I came across this one I was ecstatic to finally have found the chair with all the right colors and all the right features I had been looking for. Unfortunately unlike other reviews that show the all blue and white those reviews were in 2023, i just received mine yesterday and was so excited to open it and finally have the perfect chair for my desk until I opened it and the wrong colored arms were packed. They were black and blue, not the advertised white and blue I had been looking for, and sadly I couldn’t get a replacement or even exchange just those parts, so I had to pack up and send the whole thing back and now I’m on the look for another chair. I’m extremely disappointed, and will never trust buying from this brand ever especially if they falsely advertise their product.

The media could not be loaded. I recently bough this chair in late august and have used it for gaming for 5 total months. The back rest was able to lock initially but in the past month it has given out and if I lean back it goes all the way to fully laid back position. I believe its just the spring underneath that gave out completely. I am well under the weight rating of this chair and have used it correctly the entire time. It is frustrating that I can't sit back even a little because it has no back support now.
