The first chair I ordered was very loud and squeaky…not ideal when rocking a little one to sleep. The seller tried to help trouble shoot the problem and ended up sending a new one. We needed a second rocking chair for downstairs to use with our baby. He has to be rocked to sleep most of the time. This was fairly easy to put together- one of the parts was broken and the owner send a new package with new parts very quickly. Took my husband about 20 minutes to put together. It’s very comfortable and a good size for the room. I love the high back. It doesn’t have quite the rocking range of our more expensive one in the nursery but this is perfect for what we needed it for. The media could not be loaded. ok, i’ll try to break down my review into each category. *** impressions - the chair is a bit smaller than i expected. i pulled out the dimensions the product says it is, and held up the tape measure comparing to my current rocking chair. it seemed a few inches smaller all around, but more or less the same size. … needless to say… that was a bit incorrect. it is definitely smaller than i expected, even after subtracting a couple inches. by smaller i mean, shorter, and slimmer. my husband hasn’t sat in it yet, but i definitely don’t have the same amount of leg crossing room i did in my previous chair. i also, can touch the floor with both feet while sitting back (i am 5’3 for reference), whereas i’ve never sat in a rocker i could do that in. i’m not complaining about being able to touch the floor, just caught off guard. *** shipping - i did not like having to pay for shipping (don’t usually need to with prime). but the item shipped relatively fast. i ordered it on 1/19 and received it on 1/24. however, the box did come ripped up and damaged, which did concern me for how the product would be inside. also, ironically, the box specifically says to open carefully as returns are only accepted in the original box, yet my box was damaged. *** assembly - i assembled this on my own, but it would’ve been less of a pain in the ass if i had a second set of hands helping. all of the holes were correctly size and lined up, and even though the instructions had no words, it was easy enough to follow the photos. it was pretty difficult to hold these huge pieces together while simultaneously screwing bolts in, but i made it work with the help of pushing it against the wall. the bottom screw (that screws the backrest into the seat) was by far the most difficult screw as you had to push it together really tightly while screwing. overall wasn’t too hard but wasn’t very fun. *** functionality - the chair does what it’s supposed to do. i rocked my toddler to sleep in it for his nap today, and was not uncomfortable nor dissatisfied with the chair. however, i did find that the chair does move backward after a while of rocking. maybe i need to have carpet under it? or maybe some traction tape? the bottom wood pieces have little felt pads, which i’m sure contributed toward the movement. the chair is not *un*comfortable, but i will admit it is a bit less comfortable than it looks to be. it is soft and warm and padded, but if i had to critique the comfort, i would say it could use some more padding. *** experience compared to reviews - some people said the chairs legs are in the way and too long, i found that not to be true. they are not in the way nor do they seem like a tripping hazard. i do agree that you can’t really lay your head backward, given the height of the back, but that’s not really an issue for me. *** overall - i don’t mind the chair. i wish it was more similar to how it seems online, but it is close enough that i can’t say they lied lol. i’m glad it wasn’t more costly than it was, otherwise i’d probably be disappointed. for having to ship in pieces, the assembly wasn’t too difficult, and i did receive all the hardware. i like the look of it, so will obviously keep it for a while. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. The teddy bear style cushioning is AMAZING! it’s so soft and welcoming and makes you want to rock in it all night. It’s honestly a great height for both me (6 Ft) and my wife (5’2) to use. We rock our newborn in this chair every night and she falls asleep very quickly. The overall appearance is nice and modern and looks great in our nursery. This chair is very sturdy and rocks back and forth very smoothly. It was very easy to assemble which was a huge time saver! Needed a smaller size rocking chair for when my grandson is visiting and this chair is perfect! It's cozy, soft, neutral and lightweight that if I need to relocate it I can easily do it. Was super easy to assemble with no issues at all. Price was great too!

These rockers are comfortable and look beautiful. Best rocking chairs I have ever owned. Fabric is so comfortable and everyone that comes over is drawn to them and wants to sit it them. ❤️ I had issues putting them together that was easily resolved especially due to the quick response from seller who sent me a replacement screw immediately which I received in TWO DAYS!! They then contacted me again to make sure I was happy and satisfied. Another quick fix (I am only mentioning incase it happens to someone else because it’s a quick simple fix and I wasn’t the most saavy at figuring it out). I couldn’t figure out why one of the chair sides wouldn’t slide together and asked my husband to take a look. A metal support bar was a little bent maybe from shipping?( Not sure because the packaging was awesome) My husband bent it back and it slid right in and took him two seconds. I ordered white fabric and the fabric pieces were carefully wrapped in plastic to prevent stains. The wood and metal was wrapped in foam to prevent scuffs or dents. Really great packaging. I have no complaints. I am so thankful and 100 percent satisfied with these rockers. I hope the seller sees this review and knows how thankful I am for their help. Would have been a major pain in the butt and a waste in resources to return these due to 1 faulty screw. In the past I would have had to put it all back in the box and lug it back to the store and buy a new one. I am defiantly going to buy from this seller again for fixing the screw.
