Chair looks awesome, is very sturdy and easy to put together and looks adorable in the nursery. Only reason I’m removing one star is because it’s a little harder than it looks despite the fluffy cloud-like appearance. It’s more of a classic rocking chair feel — which is great if that’s what you’re expecting but I think I’d prefer just a little more softness for the tailbone area. ... show more

SO happy we went with this rocking chair, very comfortable, easy to assemble and durable but what stands our more is the customer service from the seller. I wish everyone could learn from them. Our chair had a creaking noise so I reached out to the seller and immediately responded back. After sending couple of pictures, they worked fast for a resolution and sent me a new chair, followed up with tracking and to make sure everything was good.     • Okay, but broke after 7 months of use.

We purchased for our nursery. The chair was easy to put together and pretty lightweight, which was nice to be able to move around. It’s also decently comfortable. However, we’ve been using the chair for just over 7 months now (average use, no children jumping on it, etc) and the back of the chair completely detached from the arm of the chair. We’ve tried reattaching, but there’s nothing that can be done to save it unfortunately. I’m really frustrated as my son loved this chair, and loved rocking to sleep in it. EDIT - after I posted the initial review, the company reached out to me and offered a replacement chair. We received it today! Such incredible customer service. Thank you so much! Let me start off by saying you get what you pay for. We purchased this chair exactly a year ago for my daughters nursery and when we assembled it we noticed it made a lot of creaking noises in the back rest area. I read some reviews complaining of the same thing so I tried to reach out to customer service twice but received no response. We decided to deal with the creaking and keep the chair because it was very cute and soft. After using it to rock my daughter for the last couple of months I can give an honest review. It is not the most comfortable chair, it’s soft yes.. but if your planning on rocking for more than 20-30 minutes your bottom will hate you. It continued to creek and make odd noises throughout the last year and just today the back piece snapped off where it was attached to the arm. It lasted a year and for what we paid for it that’s not horrible just wish it had been comfier and quieter. ... show more
