Be careful when buying refurbished items. They're supposedly tested to ensure that they work almost as good as new, and if not, defects should be stated. In this case, the product is virtually useless if not plugged in because the battery percentage drops so fast, it looks like seconds counting down. And those black things in the picture that look like thumb guards weren't included in the package either. ... show more

I bought this product knowing it was refurbished and that was OK cause I bought several things from Amazon that have been refurbished and they’ve all turned out great unfortunately this one is not as great. The side paddles are loose and affects the connectivity to the game, causing lag. Also, when I received it, it didn’t have the controller protectors they were missing. For the amount of money spent, even though it was refurbished, you would think that it would be in a little better shape. DO NOT ORDER would not connect to TV not matter the amount of trouble shooting you do! Resetting, proper cord plug ins, nothing works! Product labeled as excellent does not connect and came all scratched on the screen. Super disappointing

My son got so excited when he received his switch, but one side of the controller did not work, therefore the switch won’t turn on. He’s super disappointed.

    • Wish I would have known about switch 2 before buying
Wish I would have known that came out with a Nintendo switch. 2 and the switch 2 is the only one that has GameCube games on it before buying this other than that, awesome!
