    • Failing devices.
Color: Neon Pink / Neon Green
These went south, completely malfunctioning 6 months after purchase. Not simply drift, but going out of control pushing buttons no one is pushing and exiting games, etc. They are usable. We have only played periodically, not heavily. (Like 1x/week or less) Very disappointed.

    • These work good but didn't notice they were refurbished when purchasing
Color: Neon Pink / Neon Green
I like these controllers but I didn't realize they were refurbished until I got them. They charged the same price as new ones so I'd expect used ones to be a little less.

    • New drift starting
Color: Neon Pink / Neon Green
I purchased these about 1.5 years ago and they were working great this entire time. I have not had any issues. I have never dropped them. I have taken great care of them. I am now randomly having drift in the left joystick. I have tried to recalibrate them multiple times but now the drift is actually getting worse and it’s causing a lot of issues when playing different games now. ... show more

    • Defective Nintendo Joy Cons
Color: Neon Pink / Neon Green
Very disappointed. The joycons arrived quickly which was good. We used them with our Switch and both controllers had problems. The green stick would not press down so it could not be callibrated. The pink controller drifted badly - jumping all over the homescreen. Both controllers drifted badly when playing Super Smash Brothers Ultimate. Both are unusable. I called the customer service for Amazon Renewed products, filed a complaint, and made it clear I want a full refund for this is obviously defective merchandise. The service rep was polite and helpful. The seller has been contacted. Hopefully the refund will be happening soon. If they truly do gaurantee full satisfaction I expect they will refund me in full without issue. ... show more

    • Not as advertised
Color: Neon Pink / Neon Green
The controllers didn't come in the box as pictured. They came in plastic bags inside an Amazon box. No way of knowing if they are official Nintendo products. They seem to work fine, but no paperwork or anything.

    • Missing componants! No branding!
Color: Neon Pink / Neon Green
Did not come with the safety lanyards as shown in picture. I received two loose joycons wrapped in bubble wrap and put in an unmarked, unbranded box. Inappropriate for a gift, especially for the price.
