They thought of everything when they made this travel case. It's study, it will in my opinion stand up to being dropped and keep everything intact. You have game storage, switch storage, all kinds of storage. You can carry a controller or charging dock (not both). You can fit your cables also regardless of if you pick your controller or docking station to travel with. The separate switch case is what really makes this the ultimate travel case. This is a nice case, it fits the switch, charging dock, power cable, and HDMI cable easily as well as some games. I like the separate case inside for the switch itself and I like how it has a hard shell outside for extra protection and durability. Most convenient case. Includes a smaller case for just the Switch, and the larger one is useful for carrying the dock to different homes, or carrying controllers. The smaller case has decent cushioning, and the larger case has hard shell for even better protection. And the included case for games and SD card is very convenient. Prior to purchase, I went out to Target in order to get a feel of the material in person. I wanted to see if it was made out of cheap squishy material or if it could actually protect my Switch. It was the latter, and what I also noticed was that there was something missing from the brick and mortar version. That something was the slim and soft cover found only in this Amazon version. I really like this case. I needed one for air travel and came upon this one. I didn't even realize that it was an "official" Nintendo product until I received it. That being said, it provides great protection in a slim form factor suitable for a backpack or carry-on without being bulky and has internal storage as well for (4) cartridges, the power cord and the dock as well as a removable sleeve for the Switch itself to further reduce the size.
