I have ordered 2 of them both times they were broken the first one had a huge crack under the right trigger and the second one wouldn't read any games each time its been nothing like the description dings, scratches and cracks all over

There are two problems I've found thus far which prevented me from giving 5 stars. One, there is a large scratch on the bottom screen. Two, the product's shell is damaged and does not perfectly fit, or worse yet there may be screws that were not properly tightened. I have yet to figure out which one is which. That alone tempted me to return the product. With the problems out of the way. Here's something to note. Product has signs of use, but it appears to be in good shape with miner scratches and marks. The buttons are responsive as if the product is brand-new. The product is cleaned, though I did not inspect the inside, the outside has been well maintained. Would I purchase from this seller again? There might be slight hesitation, but the device so far functions at 100% and the product looks good. So...yes I would consider it. ... show more

It works for the most part. When I first received it everything seemed fine. The only problem was that I got a faulty stylus. The seller was very kind and sent a new one. After a couple months of use I found that the back buttons didn’t work. Which was fine at first because the games I had didn’t require the buttons. But now that I have more games I can’t play because I need the back buttons to properly play the game. I stopped using it as much.
