I love the nostalgia that this device brings me, but at the same time, its obvious to me when something doesnt feel right. This device's microphone is broken, the screen calibration is broken, the buttons look like offbrand replacements, and they forgot/neglected to send a GBA slot cover. Even still, I appreciate it. This was bought as a Christmas gift , get it and my child tries to use it and it doesn't work , powers on but does not read games, did every trouble shooting possible still doesn't work! Then get told it can't be replaced!

My old Nintendo DS Lite was failing - it worked, but the screen was fading and had lines across it. The poor screen made my many games almost unplayable. Ordered the renewed DS and it arrived in less than a week. Plugged in PictoCross 3D and it worked perfectly. I've tried my other games and they all work like new. I'm very pleased with this renewed item, and definitely recommend it. The 90 day warrenty is a nice safety factor. Hope I don't need it. ... show more

I purchased a refurbished "excellent" condition Nintendo DS Lite, and I cannot be happier. The DS is in perfect condition with not a scratch on it. Slot 1 and 2 are working great, I'm excited to jump back into the games of my childhood!
