Very nice system, description said excellent condition. Overall, it is in excellent condition with the exception of minor dings near left hing. And the screens are flawless! (Pics have reflection that looks like scratches, it's not.) System works like new. Overall, especially for an older system, it's in great shape. I would have given five stars, but the description said it included the large comfortable DSi stylus, I never got one. Console functions - though to boot, I need to hold B. After looking into it more, it came pre-installed with unlaunch and is a Japanese console shoved into a new shell. It has 3 Japanese installed software. Two different Brain Age programs and what appears to be a dictionary of some sort. It didn't come with the big chungas stylus, which is a cringe moment for the seller. Kinda feels like a lot of things were misleading here. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I was a little hesitant ordering a used system when all I could see was stock photos on the listing but I decided to go for it and IM so happy that I did. This seller had marked down “excellent” condition & this ended up being 100% accurate. Sure there is some light scratching on the outside & some very minor scratches on the screen so minor you can’t even notice them. It is an old console at this point so wear a tear is expected but this feels as close to new as one can get. I have no dead pixels or yellowing on the screen & all the controls feel responsive! Speakers, camera, wifi, everything seems to work amazing. Even the battery seems to still be holding up well! This might be a little pricier than other options but it was so worth it! Unfortunately I had to return 😪 it my grandson end up getting another by his dad. But I did open it and see how the product was before giving it and it is a good product you can't even tell that it is used and refurbished if it wasn't for a scratch that it had. They did a great job I didn't turn it on due to the fact that it was a gift. What I like it comes with the pencil and a charger. ... show more

Upper screen has light scratches on hinge area (I know it's used refurbished considering that it's ok shape.) Hinge is more wobbly than my old DSi matte black, Not ready to replace a case on it tho. Works great so far (playing Zelda Spirit Tracks) all in all I would give it fair for looks, excellent for playability (and playing is what I bought it for.)
