So, our kids love anything Ninja Warrior related, and they’ve used other brands of these Ninja Lines before. We bought this one specifically because of the double line design which we haven’t seen anywhere else, and it was definitely worth it. The double line allows for the monkey bars to hang perpendicular to the course, which is a big deal. The kids can trapeze and swing from one bar to another just like on normal monkey bars on a gym set (you can’t do that on any of the other types of these ninja lines, the monkey bars are all sort of sideways). The double line also prevents less “bounce”, so the obstacles don’t go flying and twist over the line when the kids let go. It was definitely a bit of a challenge to set up, but the instructions were very clear (I would recommend two people for the set-up). Overall, a really great quality product for the price, and has already provided hours of outdoor fun for our two boys. Five stars! ... show more

My kids love this Ninja slack line obstacle course. And so do their friends, all kids have been on it everyday since it was installed 5 days ago. They love the challenge of going across. Installation was a little tricky (aligning the buckles to match parallely) but not hard. My husband did it by himself in about an hour. We also bought additional buckles from the same seller and additional obstacles from others (on Amazon) to make the course lot more fun. Our kids LOVE the Lily's Things slackline. We tried another ninja-line-style product that they just couldn't get into since it didn't offer the parallel monkey bars they're used to from parks and playgrounds. Strongly suggest buying extra clips and installing them before you put the line up. The included 7 obstacles may be enough for a short line but more are needed for longer runs. They can be difficult to position once the line is even slightly tight, and you do have to remember to account for shift in the line as you ratchet or your obstacles may not hang as expected. So long as you position the clips correctly before tightening the line, setup is simple and painless. Lily's Things' support is also awesome. As picture shows, we ran the line between two large trees and needed extra cinch straps. I contacted support on a Friday in the afternoon and had a response from a real person the next morning. The cinch straps were shipped immediately and arrived in a couple days. ... show more

Double slackline is a better way to go than single slack line! This product was super easy to install compare to the single slackline. The shackles design makes it easy to adjust/move from right to left. I bought a single slackline kit before this one, and it took me close to 2 hours to adjust, and after all that work, my kids did not like it since single slackline does not have enough tension, so things were sagging to much! Installation ease: 100% Quality: 100% Tree protector length: 100% Slackline length: 150% (more than you need). Cons: I wish they added more hanging bars and whatnot for additional reasonable price! This product is great. The kids quickly took to being ninjas. It can support the weight of my three kids (10, 8 & 6) at the same time while stretching a span over 30 between the trees. So far so good.

    • It's a hit!

Set up was fairly painless. We had an issue with a broken cinch strap and contacted customer service. Despite it being Christmas weekend we still received a prompt replay and they shipped out new straps the next day. The kids love it and have spent almost everyday on it since. It is a little harder to cross than stationary monkey bars (especially for the older kids/adults) but it just adds to the challenge. We also bought the climbing rope and ladder so they could get up and down on either side and they really enjoy those too. Quality seems high and we expect it to last a long time.     • Buckle attachment tips / order extra buckles

In my opinion, the set up for this device requires the presence of 0 children and 2 adults. The adults should be patient, thoughtful minded, have good communication skills, and have 1/2-1 hour to spare. Once we corralled the kids, inside I attempted to put up the line with my slightly inebriated neighbor. He is more engineer minded than me, but he doesn't like to read directions. By the time we got the line up, I thought I would never want to take it down again. Now we've got the awesome device set up in our yard, but the set only comes with three bars and there is room for 10-12 bars. My kids totally love it! Tip: The buckles slide very easily when the slack line is relaxed, but they are nearly impossible to move once the line is tight. Once the line is tightened the buckles seemed to move a few inches from our planned spot. Now I'd love to think I could be patient and make sure the buckles are perfectly aligned, but that is a bit unrealistic for me. Plus the bars are functional and fun if they are a bit crooked. So after a little thinking, my next plan will be to make sure there are about 40 buckles on the line the next time I put it up. I will buy a extra monkey bars from time to time, and I will probably come up with my own obstacles. I assume that with 40 buckles up that we will never ever have to take it down again. ... show more

This is the perfect course to keep the kids busy. I set it up myself, so it took me a while, but it is worth it to see the boys working on it. I bought a rope for them to climb to start the course and it is perfect. I bought extra buckles and lined them up before attaching the ratchet so if we add more obstacles we don’t have to take the whole thing down. My almost 5 year old makes the course look easy, and my almost 7 year old can almost make it across. The obstacles are the perfect size for their hands. They like the double line so they are able to have the monkey bars face the right way. ... show more
