This has to be the best coffee maker I've ever purchased. The coffee is hot...it is the right level of flavor... everything, scoop, keurig option, etc is stored right in it. It's slender, nice looking and can make from 4 oz to 24 oz. I haven't had any issues with it at all... i do use grounds, not pods... that way I can control exactly how my coffee tastes. I have been an avid Keurig user for many years and have had several versions from the single to the Supreme. They were great and very convenient, but after about a year, the Supreme started falling short on the output - a 12 oz cup was maybe 10, all sizes were short and it wasn't as hot as I like even on the hottest setting. Tried this one since it popped up on deal with a lower price tag and I'm glad I have it a try. First off, it takes up way less space on my counter AND I can use my travel mugs under it without issue which was a huge peeve I had with the other brand. I love being able to use pods or ground and the filters are right there - they store out of the way within the unit (along with a measuring spoon!) so you aren't searching thru drawers or cabinets to find what you need. They clean easily too. I really like that I can choose a larger size when using ground coffee and the rich setting makes a wonderful cup. The frother is a little under-powered in my opinion, but gets the job done - and again, I don't have to search for it or hope that it is charged when I go to use it! The extra large water reservoir is great, easy to clean, fill, and handle. Cleaning is simple, instructions are printed on the side, it uses a small amount of vinegar, and only one button. It does take about 90 minutes to cycle thru, but you turn it on and walk away - no need to constantly empty a cup and hit another button. It seems to clean better as well because it processes the solution slowly, letting it soak and really remove the buildup. Once finished, I run one cup of clear water, then I'm ready to brew again. The only downside is it doesn't alert if the water level is low - it just stops brewing when empty. If you notice before it shuts off, you can add water and push the brew button again and it picks up where it left off. Overall it ticks all the boxes, plus I love the color. Definitely a new fav and I'm looking to replace the K brand in my camper soon! ... show more

I bought this for Black Friday and bought it when it was selling at the lowest price offered. I do not regret buying it. It has a small footprint so it goes good on a small counter. It has an optional brew basket, which I use all the time. The K-cup adapter can be stored in place of the brew basket so it isn't having to be stored elsewhere. It just goes in a side pocket on the left hand side. The water reservoir is clear and goes in back of the unit, and will hold 56 oz. of water to allow you to make plenty of coffee for a small gathering, I personally love the ice coffee mode on the unit as it adjust the brewing process to accommodate the ice in the cup so that the coffee doesn't come out watery. There's a frother attached to it in case you want to froth your milk for coffee. It also just twist off for easy cleaning. The drip tray can be adjusted at one of four levels to raise or lower it for the size cup your using and the brewing size. I'd say that the brew basket option is the single most greatest feature of the brewer, I don't have to keep buying K-cups and generating waste. ... show more
