I have purchased many knife sets from cheap to thousand dollar German sets. This is the best set and for a very reasonable in price. Balanced stainless steel stays super sharp. The inblock sharpen tool is bonus, but the knives are the star. Recommended.

These knives are sharp!!! I cut my finger on it the 2nd day I had it because I didn’t realize how dull my old knives were. I have not had to use the sharpener yet because they came so sharp and ready to go. Do not put them in the dish washer!!! Hand wash only if you want them to keep their value.
