I have had this bag for about 1.5months and the strap already tore. Very disappointing quality for a high end bag. Only support is through the Kate Spade website which is not worth my time and effort. I order from Amazon for ease of customer service and returns all in one place.

Happy that I found it on Amazon was originally going to buy on the Kate Spade website. I wish that the slip for the computer was a little bigger, but it did work out. The bag is a little heavier than I expected. But all in all, I would buy it again.
