Honestly great product. Was super easy to install took me about an hour 20 minutes to install it I would say the “hardest” part was routing the cables but even that was simple truly plug and play sounds great. The price was great the radio has no lag at all super smooth system functions great. I had the new CarPlay screen installed in my 2010 BMW by a professional Euro mechanic. The system is functioning well; however, the audio is not working. We tried everything we could before giving up. Before I consider returning this item, I plan to perform a software upgrade on my BMW to see if that resolves the problem. I need to connect to WiFi. If the software update (if any) proves unsuccessful, I will attempt to obtain support from the manufacturer before returning the product. I will have to pay more money to have my mechanic remove the item and replace it with the original screen. I am up against a wall because of Amazon's strict 30-day return policy. ... show more
