It is a little tough to get on, or take off, but it fits very well. The way it holds the joy-cons is a good idea. The case protects them from damage, or being knocked off. Only thing is it barely fits into the OEM travel case. Have to put it in backwards so the case will zip shut. It feels good in your hands making it raises to grip the console. They case allows you to use the S2 built in kick stand without issue. You can access all the ports, slots and buttons. There are openings for the speakers and mic. Very well designed. ... show more

Great case! Feels very sturdy and durable. I have pretty large hands and even then the Switch 2 felt like I was always going to drop it because of the design and how thin it is. But with this case it feels very sturdy and much more comfortable. The “pop-out” feature for the joy cons is very simple and works great. You simply pop them open and slide the Switch 2 in and press them back until you hear the “click”. Taking the joy cons off is just as easy if you want to detach them from the main system. All this while not interfering with the Switch 2’s kickstand. This case has improved my experience with the Switch 2 greatly. I would HIGHLY recommend this case to any Switch 2 owner. ... show more

It fits the Switch 2 and works as advertised on the system. I knocked a star as it is pretty tight in the dock however and the grip area comfort isn't the best. It's not bad but the flat edges hurt long term comfort q bit. Otherwise it works great

Overall the near perfect item but didn’t even had the item a month and it broke. Needing a replacement. The item is already broken and I don’t do anything of the sort to cause damage. I take proper care of my stuff and this broke with the slightest pressure

    • Solid case with unique feature for Joycon access

This is a very solid case, probably my favorite of the handful I've purcahsed to test for my Switch 2. The case itself is hard plastic rather than flexible TPU, and it fits very tightly on the Switch. Maybe too tightly, I was worried about scratching when I was going to put it on the first time. Rather than the video showing to put it in the bottom first, then the top, I was more comfortable putting it in the top first, then the bottom. It went on much easier that way, and has come off more easily the couple times I've needed to take it off. I had some alignment issues with the Switch being slightly too far to the left or right, but once i got it centered it worked great. The buttons on the back pop free and you can just detach your joycons. Once on, it's very solid. Kickstand is easily accessible if needed. It's dockable, but it's VERY tight; I have to hold the dock down to pull it free. Definitely have a screen protector on it just as a precaution. Overall, a very solid case. ... show more

Advertisement is accurate it opens and closes joycon slots with the press of a button. I like this device compared to others since it feels more solid and whole in handheld. Though you do have to be slow to remove joy con within open window of slider. But minimal difficulty doing so, my only complaint is its a little thin over the top and bottom edge. Happy with the case overall, it is comfortable in handheld mode and easy to install. I have major concerns about docked mode however, as it is an extremely snug fit. I have a screen protector so im not worried about scrating my screen but someone else may need to watch for that. Also since its a snug fit i have concerns about overheating, as after pulling it off the dock it was very warm across the back, the console may not be able to breath with the fit so snug. ... show more
