Edited to add: I don't know why the description of the NIMO laptop that I purchased states a 256GB SSD when that is incorrect. Mine has a 1 TB SSD. Also I forgot to mention how enjoyable it is to stream movies and videos with the excellent screen this laptop has. The movies and videos are sharp, crisp, and easy on my eyes. Great laptop! With a 12th generation Intel Core I3 processor this is a fast computer. Combined with 16GB of RAM this laptop boots up very fast. The 1TB SSD has tons of storage for all of my files. But the best part is the screen. With 1920 X 1080 Full HD this screen is clear and sharp. Whether I am surfing the internet or typing a document the screen is easy to see clearly and doesn't strain my eyes. As I am not a gamer I can't report how well this laptop performs in that respect. As others have commented, I had not heard of this NIMO brand before. But I am glad I took a chance as I have been very satisfied with the performance of this computer. It's been worth every penny, and even sweeter that I got this great laptop on a Prime Day deal. The build quality is solid. It's not really heavy even though the screen is 17.3". The speakers are what I expect from a laptop. Not great for listening to music but I use a small Bluetooth speaker which makes a huge difference in the sound so the speakers being basic laptop speakers isn't an issue for me. The headphone jack is the standard 3.5mm so headphones work great. Overall I have no complaints about this laptop. It was a bargain, especially with the brilliant screen that "pops" and the speed of this computer. I would strongly recommend this laptop computer to anyone looking for a great computer that lives up to the specs and delivers on performance. There are laptops out there without a Core I3 processor like this one, a smaller screen, etc., and they cost more. No negatives or downsides to report at all. The only caveat is if you're a gamer you would need to decide if this computer would perform for your games. And that's something I can't answer. But if you're a web surfer, have a blog or a website, then I would heartily recommend this computer from NIMO. ... show more

This Laptop is a good value. It boots up fast and downloads and installs updates in the background without pulling down the RAM. Meaning it can perform multiple tasks and it's unoticable. I was amazed at the speed and functionaliy of this laptop. In addition to the it had a 17 inch screen which is very nice. It has a high resolution for good graphics and clarity. It's very light weight and portable and quality built even though it is so light. This laptop is easy to set-up and transfers all of your data. The big plus id that it comes with a free copy of pre-installed microsoft office suit, excel, word,and more. With a little bit of tweeking you'll be up andd running very fast. I’m a MacBook user so I’m used to high quality graphics and great sound. Bought this computer because I wanted to play some hidden object adventure games that don’t run on my Mac OS. Screen resolution is good enough (MacBook is sharper), but the sound is TERRIBLE - volume output is very low. Recommend external speakers or headphones for sound. Keyboard feel is good, track pad is a tad clunky when clicking - need to press in the center or it feels wonky (once again, used to MacBook feel). So, in summary, not the build quality of a MacBook, but, hey, grrrreat price for what it is. 17” screen - more than adequate Ram and memory - good processing time. All in all, well worth the $. You pay for what you get. The laptop glitches alot. The battery charges really quick but does not last. The sound will just drop for no reason especially when watching videos. If you choose to use a bluetooth headset and pause the video for 3 seconds it will just lose connection. I wouldnt advise purchase for anything except to use as work or study as it says. ... show more

a big upgrade from my multi year old laptop. I love the load times and so much easier to unlock with my finger print to keep my family off it. Seems light compared to my old one, the screen is so crisp, but not use to having such a big one so that took some getting use to. Everything so far is showing good laptop quality and all the functionality has left me with lots of exploring and learning.
